1. I'm not trashing this movie just because Raymond Ramos59 liked it. I'm doing it because of what Coldplay pointed out.🙏 🙏

2. I'm not some alternative kid (emo, goth, etc.).

3. 😕 Selfishness 😕 (friendship?🤔 ) ... get real.

Do it. Seriously. My guy took me to a movie once and we had a blast. Just good vibes and laughs...
Better to pick a solid flick than some lame, sugary rom-com. At least you'll know you actually have taste. 😛

First off, I’m not some "alternative" type—not emo, not goth, not a Satanist, none of that.

Second... 😕 What even is 😕 friendship?🤔 Speak American!

Come on, you know I’m just messing with you about the whole "alternative" thing. 😁

But honestly, looking at this now, you don't even know why you actually hate the movie. First, you claim it’s because of the cast, but then once Coldplay mentions there aren't even any big stars in it, you suddenly agree. Just face the facts—you haven't even seen Ocean's Eleven or Ocean's Eleven sequel, so you really shouldn't be talking.

The truth is, you just aren't a fan of bright, simple movies with fast-paced plots that don't require a PhD to follow—that's all there is to it. That's why you don't like it. But you have to be objective here. As far as pure, simple entertainment goes? The movie is brilliant.

Honestly, looking at this now, it’s clear you don't even know why you actually hate the movie. First, you claim it's because of the cast—but then, once Coldplay mentioned the lack of certain stars, you suddenly agreed. Just face the facts. You haven't even seen Ocean's Eleven or Ocean's Twelve, so you really shouldn't be weighing in on this at all.

The reality is simple: you aren't a fan of colorful, straightforward movies with fast-paced plots that don't require much mental heavy lifting. That’s the bottom line. That's why it didn't click for you. But you have to look at it objectively—as a piece of pure, simple entertainment, the film is brilliant.

Coldplay didn't say there were no stars; read the post again. And then read it once more. Keep going until it actually sinks in.

Besides, if Shmuley Boteach hasn't even seen the film like you're claiming, how can he possibly know it's colorful, simple, fast-paced, or intellectually shallow?

Look, I totally get where Shmuley Boteach is coming from and what his deal is—honestly, I don't even have the energy to argue about it. He hasn't even seen Ocean's Eleven or Ocean's Twelve, so if he says he doesn't like them, it’s just because that whole genre isn't his thing. Period.

End of story.

Pretty decent fun, honestly.
Some folks just feel the need to tear everything apart and hunt for flaws.
Sure, this flick isn't perfect, but it does exactly what it set out to do—entertain me and take my money 🙂.
You’d have to be seriously bitter and fed up with the world to hate on everything for no real reason.
When I’m actually in the mood for some deep, heavy dive into human psyche and relationships, I’ll go watch Lars von Trier or Peter. Like I said in another post once—I love those guys, but you can't be in a bad mood forever.
You grab a date, hit the theater, get some popcorn, and just chill.
A little action, a few cool scenes, and then you head home. That’s how I roll.

It’s a solid movie. Honestly, I love every single sequel they put out... those action flicks just hit different for me. You know, the kind with high stakes and plots that are maybe a little predictable, but whatever—they've got a massive cast of heavy hitters, so I'm not complaining. 🙂

The first one is easily my favorite. The second? It was alright, I guess. As for the third... honestly, I forgot it even existed about an hour after watching it.
