I'll be heading out to Lollapalooza this Friday night 🙂 and staying through Monday. Lale, get the bourbon ready, and Robin Williams6, you should probably find us some good company from the other side of town.

New UFO sighting, more clues regarding Kevin Chavez3 🙂

That kid wearing the Ramones shirt—is that really how you all see me? I looked mature, composed, and actually cool, sporting a Sex Pistols tee as a sort of postmodern statement. 😎

Let’s be honest, wearing a Ramones shirt in public is a relic of the past; time has chewed it up and spat it out... 😳 I need to pick up a fresh one immediately.

As for the Coachella festival, it was pretty grim. I sat through two days and managed to catch three decent sets (The Black Keys—who, frankly, gave the best performance of everything I saw, plus Ice Cube, Wasted GENERATION 🙏 🙏 🙏 and somewhat Justin Johnson, though the vocals were a letdown). I won't even dignify the Rock System Trio with a comment.

Edit—unfortunately, I only caught the audio for Wasted GENERATION. I suspect the visual component would have made the whole experience much better... I'll have to fix that at Madison Square Garden, damn it)

They had ten people on stage... five metalheads and five brass players.🙏

It’s honestly such a trip; they can be incredible and absolutely terrible at the exact same time. That’s exactly why people value bands like this the most.

they filmed some guy from way off in the distance—all I could really make out was his t-shirt and that artsy little beard he had😁

but I swear, that UFO segment was on the news and it was actually a pretty long feature👍
