Oh, wait—I just remembered. A few people are planning to drive out in a van and head back right after the show. Since I’ve decided against that route, there might actually be an extra seat available if anyone is interested...

Yeah, no chance. I’ve got an exam at 9:00 AM, and I seriously doubt I'll be in any kind of functional state—or even awake enough to function—after getting back from there. 😢

Man... I first heard him over twenty years ago on that killer Polydor compilation, "The Guitar album." It was this massive double album I could never actually track down, no matter how many times I scoured places like Tower Records or those local indie shops... I didn't even manage to rip it to my computer back then. I didn't really dive deep into his discography until I stumbled upon some P2P sharing sites, but for some reason, his sound just stuck with me. Honestly though, I had no clue he was still around...

Rest in peace. A bit of an odd place to lay a (half) Native American legend to rest...
