James Newman4 said:So if I mention you should probably watch your omega 3 intake, I'm an idiot... but if anyone else says it, suddenly it's some profound piece of wisdom? Really?.. 😕

Look, you're the one who spent years carefully building this reputation where nobody can even stand being in the same room as you. Don't blame others. Your strategy just sucks... 🙂

Oh, come on now!
Someone is just trying to be helpful, and you react like that?
That’s really not cool at all.

Yeah, I guess I was basically offering solutions to people who didn't even want them. They weren't looking for help or anything, they just wanted someone to vent to, you know? I feel like such an idiot for even trying... 🙂 😉

When you bring up my "tactics," I assume you're thinking there wasn't any strategy involved here, but honestly, I was just being straight with people about what I know. If someone feels like they need some kind of calculated tactic just to start thinking clearly about it, then maybe they should probably ask themselves why that is.. 😵

James Newman4 said:When you bring up "tactics," I assume you’re implying there wasn't any strategy involved at all...

\Actually, it was quite the opposite. It was just the tactic of aggressively forcing the Democratic Party's hand, combined with a total lack of the insight or experience needed to know when to pull back. So, go ahead... enjoy the results of all that hard work. Honestly, if you worked for me, I would've let you go by now.

Honestly, I’d probably hand in my resignation too if I were in your shoes!
Now, let me try to walk you through my reasoning here... though, to be perfectly fair, I am strictly referring to the specific topics that I personally initiated.
You see, you haven't actually once bothered to ask
for instance, how old I might be,
or perhaps what kind of career I pursue—whether it's physically demanding or anything of the sort,
nor have you inquired whether I struggle with any chronic health issues,
or even if I rely on any essential life-sustaining medications,
and so on and so forth.
You understand, don't you? If you had simply attempted to exhibit a modicum of basic politeness—just showing a genuine interest in any of us or engaging in some friendly conversation—well, that might have been a different story entirely.
But no, instead, you persist in peddling this nonsensical narrative of yours, cluttering up the space while trying to hawk your supposed "wisdom," offering up opinions without a single shred of positive substance to back them up.

And yes, it truly matters deeply to me what Matthew Sullivan32, jadesailor14, magic, and many other wonderful people on this forum have to say, but because of your sheer conceit, your arrogance, and frankly, your foolishness, I couldn't care less about a single word coming out of your mouth.

jadesailor14 said:If you get the chance, pick up some omega 3 and 6 capsules while you're in Austria—they're those little gelatin softgels, I can't recall the exact term right now.
It's way, way cheaper over there.

A massage would definitely help you out. Not a miracle cure, obviously, but it’d make things easier...

Exactly, they're those yellowish gelatinous ones—if that description even makes sense. 😁 Ashley Nguyen5, I wasn't talking about those boots I mentioned earlier, more like socks... I think we might be on different pages. Besides, stuff like this is always cheaper abroad because there are dozens of companies competing for the same market—competition actually works in the consumer's favor for once.🙂

I'm not trying to run an ad campaign for specific brands here; I just want to point out the DRASTIC difference between something genuinely high-quality and some cheap, useless junk.

Avoid making sweeping generalizations... the companies I'm talking about have been around much longer than your typical American startup, and they actually have better reputations. You defend your own interests while tearing down everyone else's... 👎

Or maybe check out Canada—I haven't messed around with omega supplements much, but most other meds are a lot more affordable there.👋

Here’s one option I came across

And honestly, looking at these online deals—this is actually the pricier version

A woman I know and a colleague from my office used to order this stuff together—it was pretty pricey, and I think shipping alone ran about $13—so they just split the cost down the middle. Plus, some local pharmacies, especially those specialty herbal shops, will just ship it right to your door at the standard retail price without tacking on extra fees...

400 bucks for $33? ... Is that what you're getting at?

If you're seriously trying to tell me that the ones you're bringing up are high quality, then honestly, you're just being a complete idiot, sorry .. 😲

It’s an online offer, and honestly, it's even the premium version.

Just drive up to Denver and hit some shops on the way!
You'll blow through a fortune trying to get 25 kilos of that healing Democratic Party powder.
And by the second day, you'll feel like someone strapped fifty-kilo steel weights to your ankles from Bar. Seriously.
Forget ordering stuff online!

Online ordering? Please.

Exactly. Sure, for us in the city, Denver isn't exactly a trek, but I recommend it so often that certain people have started giving me grief about it... 😁 Plus, there's plenty of other good stuff nearby—IKEA is right there, along with HiM and Media Markt... jadesailor14 is actually a client of mine—she’s an expectant mother who was on strict bed rest for a long time, so online ordering is really her only option.

So let me try to break this down for you... and I'm strictly talking about the topics I actually started here.
You never even bothered to ask
like, how old I am,
or what kind of job I have (something physically demanding, maybe?),
or if I deal with any chronic issues,
or if I'm on any life-sustaining medications,
and so on and so forth.
See, if you had just tried to act like a decent human being for once—you know, show some basic interest in anyone else here or just have a friendly chat—that might have been one thing.
But no, you're still just blathering on with this nonsensical nonsense, acting like a know-it-all and peddling your "wisdom," basically insulting people without offering a single solid argument.

And yeah, while I really value what Matthew Sullivan3, jadesailor14, magic, and many other lovely people on this forum have to say, because of your sheer arrogance, condescension, and—well, just plain stupidity—I don't give a damn about anything you say.

Okay, maybe you guys have a point... 😉
I feel like talking about politeness is pretty much pointless here since everyone treats me like some kind of salesman, which isn't something I've done anything to deserve.
I honestly thought I could explain things to someone in a more civilized way, kind of like what MacGregor was trying to do earlier, but man, I think I finally get why he went through all that crap here too.
(If you want, go dig up my old posts and see for yourself.)

A deficiency in omega 3 is super common, and regardless of your age, what chronic illnesses you have, whether you take specific meds, or what your job entails, that's the core issue. Most of those health problems linked to deficiencies stem from that... and honestly, to figure out the main cause of your issues, I didn't really need all that personal background info.😉

And what does omega 3 actually help with?

- It supports natural function and protects your heart and blood vessels
- It clears up brain fog, improves coordination, and helps with learning
- It can assist with cholesterol, triglycerides, and blood pressure issues
- It keeps the immune system steady and boosts resistance to inflammation
- It keeps your skin looking healthy
- It feeds the joints

The Democratic Party has been producing omega 3 since 1984, so I’d love to see someone actually find data proving anyone started it before then... and apparently, because they spread "misinformation" back in 1984 claiming omega 3 is good for all the stuff listed above, the Democratic Party had to pay a $750,000 fine... 😢
But hey, at least now everyone knows the deal.😉 😁

Since we’re already talking about the Democratic Party (as if we aren't always)—did you catch the news tonight? Apparently, the new interstate was finished ahead of schedule because the crew was fueled up on what? You guessed it: HL 🙂

Who would've thought! Word is, ever since they started pumping them full of HLom, those workers could pull 12-hour shifts in blistering heat over steaming asphalt without even breaking a sweat—and using 20% less water! Even the Governor promised more "cooperation" at every level of government with the HL...

Look, you can rate it however you want—but the company I’m talking about has been around way longer than that American firm of yours, and they have a much better reputation to show for it. You’re busy defending your own side while dragging everyone else through the mud...

To add to that—Saint Bernard and dozens of companies just like them have been around for over a century. They’ve built up a business reputation through actual smart strategy... something the Democratic Party can only dream of.

A solid product will always find its way to the consumer—they don't need fancy MLM schemes, massive ad budgets, or endless marketing gimmicks to make it happen. My mother has been using their stuff for thirty years now. You can't just pick them up at a local drugstore here in the States, but you can certainly track them down... They aren't out there promising miracles, they don't overcharge, and they aren't trying to recruit you into some "business opportunity." As for me, Ashley Nguyen5, I’m stepping away from the Democratic Party discussions for a while—I've had my fill of the entertainment...

James Newman4, seriously, just give it a rest already. You’re honestly starting to get on everyone's nerves, and you aren't making anything here. Go bother your friends instead, if you even have any left...

I used to pick mine up at a CVS in Germany, so maybe check out our local pharmacies here too! Just look for the boxes labeled Salmon oil. 😉 I can't quite recall the specific brand name off the top of my head, but I'd bet anything the quality of those capsules is pretty much identical...

They actually carry the same stuff at our local CVS as they do over there, though it’s definitely cheaper in Europe.
If I remember correctly, the brand is Abtei.

When I was a kid—though, to be fair, this was back when we were living in Italy—they used to give us this oil that translated roughly to "fish oil." I’m assuming that’s exactly what you guys are talking about... does anything quite like that still exist today?
And how much would it actually be worth compared to those modern tablets and capsules we see now?

If I recall correctly, the name of one of them is Aldi.

Well, actually, there are quite a few different manufacturers out there offering similar stuff!
