nah, i don't have either.
there aren't really any right or wrong paths in life😳 and even less chance of actually figuring out which one you're on right now.

ps. this isn't a thread about whether a pregnancy will stick or not; maybe take your wisdom sermons somewhere else.

Sure, but there isn't really one objectively correct way to handle a situation like this. I guess only the woman actually going through it can know what feels right at the moment. It seems a bit narrow-minded to say abortion is always unjustified—that feels like a pretty closed way of thinking, if you ask me. There has to be a choice. It’s a heavy, complicated life decision, no matter how you slice it... unless you're one of those mindless idiots I mentioned earlier, treating it like nothing because they're too lazy to use protection or take the pill. That's just a different kind of mindset altogether.

David, it’s always so easy to throw around an @ and quote someone else's take, just like acid does.

Poor girl, she really went through the wringer all at once.

I'm just keeping my fingers crossed that this rough patch passes soon.

There is no such thing as a "right" or "wrong" path in life😳 let alone any way to actually tell which one you're currently walking.

P.S. This isn't a thread about whether a pregnancy will stick or not; feel free to take your sermonizing somewhere else.

Interesting. And where exactly do you plan on preaching your wisdom?

To be clear, I’m not suggesting everything is strictly black and white. Black and white accounts for maybe 80% of life; the rest is just aesthetics. What you're talking about—this idea of "recognizing which path you're on"—that's pure aesthetics. You probably won't believe me, but there really is a fundamental "black and white," and you can absolutely recognize it. People just love to philosophize and play the intellectual. And look, I do it too, because I’m only human (believe it or not😉). My point is, regardless of how much you people talk about "believing in energy" or how "nothing is binary," good and evil—right and wrong—are always present. We simply have to make a choice. Abortion is something UNNATURAL and wrong. Period. It doesn't matter if I were a priest, a philosopher, a scholar, or whatever else... there's no need to overanalyze which path is right or wrong. We all know the difference. We just spend far too much time pretending otherwise.
THERE IS ONLY ONE PATH, AND IT IS OUR DECISIONS THAT DEFINE US (BLACK OR WHITE)!

Carl Hernandez2 said:Abortion is just WRONG, period. It’s unnatural. Look... whether I was the father, some random guy, or whatever... there isn't even a debate about what's right or wrong here. We all know which way is up. People just love acting like they're smarter than they actually are.

Man, intelligence clearly isn't your thing.
Like, I'm telling you again, this thread isn't about debating if abortion is "unnatural" or "wrong," people are literally just looking for info.
For God's sake, just stop preaching about your version of morality.

Neither of you is making sense here—you aren't "right" and she isn't "wrong" just because you're busy dumping your wisdom on everyone.😳

Look, David, she’s made her decision.

She was asking about personal experiences regarding abortion and looking for advice on where to go.

So, if you don't meet the specific criteria the original poster laid out, please don't spam the thread.

And for any other discussions or side topics, just start a new thread.👋

Am I just throwing wisdom into the void here?!
I laid out exactly what a woman ought to do, much like many of you have done before. And yet, I was called out for it. Since when am I forbidden from stating what I believe to be the right course of action?!
I simply don't get it.😕
Then again, looking at some of the nonsense written by certain women above—well, intelligence clearly isn't my strongest suit...😁

To all the ladies out there: I wish you nothing but plenty of abortions. But strictly the ones you actually want. I see people here categorizing them into planned versus unplanned.😁 Oops, how tragic that has become...

Hey, it looks like Mac Hummer finally met his match—though this one isn't some supplement salesman, it's more like a rapid proliferation 😈

And we all know how aggressive they can get when they start swarming... 🙂

Regarding the girl facing this issue, if I were in her shoes, I wouldn't wait ten weeks based solely on her own math... there is a specific gestational age calculated by both her estimate and what a gynecologist measures via ultrasound, and those two numbers don't always align perfectly.
So, my advice is to get moving and see a gynecologist immediately.
As for abortion facilities, every single one of our public hospitals with a gynecology department is legally required to provide abortion services to a woman, as it remains her right—despite the ongoing interference from religious extremists. Furthermore, the hospital is obligated to ensure coverage by providing replacement doctors for any physicians who refuse to perform them due to conscientious objection.
Personally, I know plenty of gynecologists, and not a single one of them refuses to perform abortions.
However, I do know one idiot working in an ER in a small town who refuses to provide emergency contraception to women whose condoms fail. 🙂

The decision of whether or not to keep a child is hers, and hers alone!
Of course, if a woman is in a functioning partnership, her decision-making might involve her partner, but I will say it again: it is ONLY and EXCLUSIVELY HER DECISION!!!!!

I don't care any more than you do—I assume. Though, based on what you wrote, I get the feeling you care even less.

Hannah Davis18:
The main thing is that YOU know what my life was like. But let's be real—right and wrong exist regardless. You don't need "experience" to recognize what's right; you just need a little common sense and a heart. Hannah Davis18, do you have either?

And the main thing is that YOU know how much I care... FYI, I DO care, but since I didn't have anything smarter to add to what the other girls posted in response to the question, I stayed quiet instead of just talking trash for the sake of it.
Where do you get the nerve to prattle on about wanting to help her or how important it is to know all her options? Yeah, she was responsible enough to screw up, so she’s responsible enough to deal with the consequences—whether that's having a baby or getting an abortion—because this isn't some all-inclusive vacation in Florida. She clearly chose the latter. And the last thing she needs is some jerk acting all high and mighty without actually helping.

Here is a bit of strange logic for you:
The world needs to knock you all down a peg and leave you stranded on the shoulder of the road. You seem to be holding up far too well.
So why are you acting shocked when some lowlife takes advantage of you? Honestly, I find it difficult to wrap my head around the notion that ONLY a woman gets a say in matters concerning a Child. There is just as much sperm in that Child as there are eggs, which means those women—and let’s call them what they are—are wrong; men have just as much right to that Child as you do.

Look, it’s not some fifty-fifty split situation... A woman carries that Child for nine months, and then she's stuck with the responsibility of raising them—especially since we already heard about this boy in the opening post. Raising a kid isn't some minor task—if you aren't willing or able to step up and do it right, then don't do it at all.

I mean, whoever can mentally handle abortions and the whole mess that comes with them, go ahead—but let’s not kid ourselves, we're talking about the line between a choice and murder here. Either way, a woman should have the right to make that call.

You all need to get absolutely wrecked and left on the side of the road. Seems like you're holding up just fine.
So why act surprised when some loser takes advantage of you.

man, just beat it with your pseudo-intellectual bullshit.
Nobody's shocked about the pregnancy, they're just asking where, how, and under what circumstances an unwanted pregnancy can be handled.

First off, nobody is surprised by anything here.
If you’ve got an issue with the fact that people actually sleep with OTHER people—well, that sounds like a "you" problem. Nobody is gonna wreck us and toss us aside, and yeah, we’re gonna spread our legs... and if a pregnancy happens, WE are the ones deciding whether to keep that Child or not... Got a problem with that? GET REAL!!!

This is supposed to be a "health" forum, isn't it? One would think people here would actually recommend things that benefit a woman's well-being. An abortion certainly doesn't fit that description...😁
Get lost, you losers.😛

You arrogant jerk, seriously, what the hell makes you think you have any right to be peddling your opinion here?
I’ve been reading everything you’ve posted so far, and honestly, you just need someone to knock some sense into you so you can finally shut up and stop acting like such an imbecile. Abortion is strictly a woman's decision. Even if it's an accident—like a condom breaking or an unplanned pregnancy—it's a massive issue, especially for an 18-year-old girl. Who even are you to sit here acting like you're some kind of expert?
And I'm extra pissed off because I'm actually on emergency contraception right now because our condom broke, and I feel absolutely terrible. Reading your moronic posts makes me want to punch you in the face.
To hell with you and everything you've written; nobody gives a damn about your opinion. It was obvious from your very first post that you're just an uneducated idiot.
And yeah, that last bit about sperm and eggs? Hilarious. I am literally screaming at how pathetic and stupid your little theory is.
It's pretty obvious you're just frustrated because you're clearly lacking in certain areas, aren't you? 😉

And girls, why do you even bother arguing with this loser? It's so obvious he's a complete moron.
You shouldn't waste your breath; just tell him to go to hell and get back to the actual topic of this thread.

I really hope your friend pulls through and everything turns out okay. 😉
I suggest checking out Mayo Clinic since my doctors work there, so maybe look into them.

Oops, I’ve definitely run into those guys before too—the ones who act all wise and start lecturing you about "opening up" or whatever. But honestly? They’re just pathetic because nobody is actually opening up to them. Like, they spend all their time playing these little mental games, but nothing ever actually happens in real life. 😁 😁 😁

That’s rich coming from you! I have a feeling you’re referring to me and that thread I started somewhere else... Perhaps you ought to go back and give it a proper read—this time, actually trying to comprehend what I was saying.
