Look, I’m telling you now: stop engaging with Tobon in these discussions. To everyone else, just ignore him.
I tried using his lubricant myself, thinking that if I followed the instructions, I’d see some results after about 15 days. It smells terrible, feels greasy, and is a nightmare to wash off. I stuck to the directions because I was desperate, just like I’ve been countless times before, hoping for actual relief. Well, nothing happened. Not after 15 days, and not after a full month of applying it. Between the stench and ruining my clothes—which I ended up tossing because the stains wouldn't come out—it became clear this is just another one of those useless gimmicks. Bottom line: it didn't work, and it cost me about $65. Whatever. Those of us posting here are the victims—the ones actually living with this condition. This space is for us, unfortunately, because of what we're dealing with. If you don't have psoriasis, you have no business being here, especially with your "propaganda" designed to turn a profit off our misery. Seriously, if you aren't suffering from this, stay out of our conversations. The only outsiders who belong here are parents of young kids who are just starting the battle we've been fighting for years. Everyone else is unnecessary with their comments, suggestions, and especially their profit-driven motives. So, don't order that stuff from him like I did, and don't bother talking to him; he isn't helping anyone. Let's just stick to communicating among ourselves so we can actually help one another.

I won't drag this out, but I've been dealing with psoriasis vulgaris for 12 years now. I've been using Elocom, but lately, it feels like it’s actually making things worse 👎
so I'm really looking to try something different! 😁

Been gone for a while. Most of my time is spent working out of state now, plus I just got back from vacation, so I haven't posted anything. Honestly, nothing major to report other than the fact that my skin is still clear after using the ointment. I have to admit, it’s great when people stop asking what those red patches on my head are, and being at the beach without people staring at my chest was a relief. Just so we're clear, I'm not treating my skin with anything else; I only use standard shower gel and shampoo 🙂. I see we have a new member, phyto, joining us. Welcome to the forum—having a professional like you here is actually useful.
Since phyto mentioned all those ingredients that help with psoriasis and how tricky it is to balance them when making mixtures, maybe he could drop some addresses for herbalists (colleagues he knows) in the major cities (Washington, D.C., Miami, Seattle, Columbus). That way, people can go see someone in person for advice or to buy supplies. Personally, I wouldn't mind if he shared his own contact info (if he owns the shop or works there), but I'm not sure if that violates the forum rules regarding advertising. I'd suggest checking with the admins first. If they don't allow it, I'm sure we can always exchange recommendations via PM.

The amount of ego in here is unreal. How much energy are you going to waste trying to make sure no new member accidentally tries something that might actually help them?
I don't get what your goal is either. (Especially the moderator's.)

Sorry if some people thought I went quiet because I was unhappy. Like Michael Ramos3 mentioned, my schedule is just packed. It doesn't leave me much time to post often, even though I'm checking the threads regularly.
I’ve already talked about how I’m doing (it's actually going great), but my work schedule makes it hard to stay strictly on top of the therapy routine. All the large patches I treated this summer are clear now. The tiny spots left are still just tiny spots. Even my nails have finally regained the shape they lost four or five years ago.
Bottom line, I'm happy with the results. If my skin isn't 100% clear yet, that's on me for being too disorganized to stick to the plan.
Best to all the members here, and a special shoutout to Michael Ramos3 and his family!

silentheron25 said:Regarding my condition, I'll be honest. I haven't been applying anything for a few days because I'm back from vacation and just don't always have the time. Sometimes I'm too exhausted and just go to sleep. After a month of constant application with almost zero results—and now being behind again—I'm a bit frustrated because I expected at least some minor improvement.

Nice guy. If I caught that right, he stopped applying stuff for a few days since his vacation ended and said he just didn't always get around to it while he was away.

Man, honestly, the only two useless functions on this entire planet I actually use right now are copy/paste.

Look, if anyone wants the truth, they can find it here because everything is documented. Don't point fingers at people or act like you're saints (especially when the biggest saint stopped acting like one).
That’s why I tell new members to read through every single page. Once they do, there's no need for all this chatter, and they won't keep asking questions that have already been answered. It stops people from acting smart by just spinning their wheels, considering we've already covered pretty much every cream, ointment, scented hand lotion, tea, or herbal therapy out there. Plenty has been written about all that, and half the private pharmacies in the country have basically used this forum as an ad space. Sometimes I wonder if our "noble" moderator has a personal stake in this, which might explain why she gets so personal with me.

Do I really need to say it? I stand by every word I've said. That's why I'm here with you guys every day.

Who actually has the time to read all this when half of it is just endless bickering or casual chatting? But hey, that’s what a forum is. It’s always been this way, and it isn't changing.
Even what I’m typing right now for someone who shows up in two months and has to slog through 142 pages will likely just be more noise or a waste of time.
In my opinion, telling people "it's on one of the last 90 pages" is just plain rude. If you know the answer, help them out. If you don't, just move on.
Someone truly dedicated to reading everything will find the info regardless of our "expert" advice.

The weather has finally turned around—everyone is heading out to soak up some sun, which should do wonders for psoriasis. 😉

So, you’re still out here stubbornly trying to push your agenda on everyone else. For me, it didn't work after the promised fifteen days, and it certainly didn't work after a full month. That was it; I stopped using it. Don't try to lecture me when your motives are that obvious. You don't have psoriasis, so you don't have anything to contribute here on a daily basis. Seriously, go find a basketball forum or something. You don't belong here. This space is for those of us actually living with psoriasis.

So I stopped applying it. Don't get philosophical with me; I can see right through you. You don't have psoriasis, so you have nothing to write about every single day. You really don't. Go find some basketball forum or whatever. You have no business posting here. This space is for those of us actually living with psoriasis.

You’re lying to yourself first, then trying to convince everyone else just to justify your own behavior. Wouldn't you agree that you're just trying to make yourself look right by flooding the place with noise? Quality over quantity.

Copy and paste my actual post where I claim something "has" to happen within 15 or 30 days.
You mixed up my posts with Dragonov's.

If you can't give me a precise, concrete answer to this specific question, you'll just be showing everyone exactly who YOU are, not me.

Try to make sure your posts reflect your own actions and thoughts—that's why we have them, not to act as a mouthpiece for someone else's (my) ideas.

Peace. I'm staying around, obviously.

I guess Lida74 is just so happy with how smooth you are that she hasn't even logged onto this forum since then. Maybe she's just too busy being happy to even mention you or defend you.😂

Just stop letting some guy get under your skin when he isn't even worth it!!
It's obvious this guy thinks he's God's gift to the world🙂, like he's swallowed all the wisdom in the universe!!😂
Hardly anyone actually backs him up, at least not the people who are active on this forum every day!!!!
Just read the post and move on.... don't pay any attention to the garbage he writes😵...the guy just wants to grab attention...and rattle people's nerves... especially since he doesn't have any real problems at home!Don't give him the satisfaction............☕

Best,🙂

Look, I’m not getting worked up. I actually went through that school, so I know what I'm talking about. I just don't want people trying to lecture us. The reality is, this thread is for those of us who are actually dealing with this issue. If you don't have this problem, there's no reason for you to be here acting like an expert every single day. It's not like I'm jumping into a thread about keto diets or getting shredded or whatever—I just want people to show some empathy. I learned my lesson the hard way.

Honestly, I feel a lot better now that I see you actually learned. Be a good person and teach the rest of us what you know.

Everyone jumped in at once to answer my questions directly. Blunt and specific. Makes me wonder why.

Why doesn't the logic you're using on me apply to you?
Get off this forum—you handful of people just chatting amongst yourselves—and let the actual crowd following this site speak up. Maybe then we'll hear something actually new and intelligent.

A new member joined a few days ago. In his very first post, he asked about something specific. We've only seen one more post from him (two total). That’s how it goes with most of the new members lately.

Keep in mind, there are tons of people following this forum from all over the country. Nobody gets involved because you small group just flips through page after page, recycling old, exhausted topics that haven't improved anything for anyone. And you bring a massive amount of aggression to the table (using those terrorist icons and little devil emojis), especially whenever I type even a single letter here.

This isn't your private property (nor the moderator's). Don't try to impose your own rules on everyone else; if something bothers you, then don't participate. (And if that applies to me, it should apply to you too.)
Give others a chance to say something.

Lida74 and the other satisfied members probably stopped showing up because psoriasis isn't their main life concern anymore, and also because I never pressured or forced anyone to promote me.
You guys exert this incredibly aggressive and frustrating pressure on every new member who refuses to use the hand creams or the products you use—the same stuff you claim is terrible for you, even though none of them have any lasting effect.

Lab certifications, test results from accredited facilities, plus the actual drug registration?

🙂

From what I can tell, the people hanging out here are actually dealing with health issues, so they have every right to share their experiences and opinions.
What exactly are you doing here, besides chasing a quick buck?
Why are you demanding that anyone who disagrees with you stop posting in this thread? It’s pretty obvious you're just looking out for your own profit.

Look, why don't you just go through the proper channels? Register your lubricant officially, start a legitimate company, set up distribution deals with major pharmacy chains like CVS, handle international exports... pay all your federal taxes, social security, and customs duties... then invest in some real marketing and advertising.
Just run a fair business and do things the right way,
instead of trying to sell stuff under the table.

jadesailor14, I woke up laughing. I knew exactly what you were getting at. Honestly, that whole thing was just pointless; I wasn't trying to push anyone's buttons. But let me reiterate: this space is for those of us actually dealing with this. We should stick to communicating with each other so we can offer some actual support and advice. Advice from someone who doesn't even have psoriasis? It’s useless and holds zero value here. This is a place for the "victims," as the saying goes... if you aren't one of them, you don't belong. Period.

Good grief, you all are becoming incredibly tedious, if I'm being honest!

Tell a joke, or perhaps something more intelligent than this!
My psoriasis flared up even worse just from reading your nonsense!!

Three best friends decided to surprise their guys by dressing up in full leather BDSM gear—high heels and black blindfolds included—just to see what would happen.
It was going to be quite the night!
One was a fiancée, one was in a long-term relationship, and the third was a wife.
Fast forward a few days, and they’re all catching up:
The fiancée said, "When he saw me, he absolutely lost his mind! Then he just looked at me with so much love in his eyes. He told me I was the woman of his dreams, and we spent the entire night lost in passion!"

The girlfriend told them, "As soon as he spotted me, he grabbed me instantly! We were going at it so hard we didn't stop until sunrise!"

But the wife? She said, "He walked in from work, gave me this confused look, and just asked, 'Hey, Zorro,
what's for dinner?'"

😁 😁 😁

Thanks, jadesailor14, dear🙂

Here is one I heard recently:
"How do Zagoreans cheer for Sampras?"
- "Let's go, Pete! Let's go, Pete!"

He’s quite the looker—I really have to tell my old man (a total Zagorean at heart)😁
It looks like his fan club is turning into a group of frantic tennis fanatics!🤣
Thank goodness he knows how to enjoy a drink without overdoing it.

Here’s one for the ladies my age too:
"Who whistles at women over 40? Only an instant pot!"

I might just whip up some stew this weekend
🤣 just to feel young again!
