I wasn't even surprised you'd comment on at least one positive thing here, whether it’s about "Dragon1000," "lide74," or anything else good happening on this forum.
It seems everyone here expects nothing but support for the old guard, while newcomers just get hit with your signature "nothing can be cured" attitude (nice welcome, by the way)
Another incredibly productive post from you (just like all the others).

Does anyone here have any insight or firsthand experience with this?

Could you ask your friend's husband to drop by the forum himself to share his story, or perhaps you could relay the details to us?

There happens to be a pharmacy near my place that carries Mr. Antičević’s herbal remedies; the regimen involves a detoxifying tea, some topical salves, and honey.
Everything is entirely natural and surprisingly affordable. I actually went to check it out myself, though I must admit I'm feeling quite skeptical, having wasted plenty of time on various herbal concoctions in the past without seeing any real results.
If anyone else on the forum has tried this specific treatment, please reach out.
hanacro, I’d also like to ask you once more if you could contact your friend's husband and persuade him to share his experience with the group.
Thanks!!

So, what’s everyone’s take on Elidel cream? My dermatologist put me on it, and honestly, it worked pretty well for me. It feels more like a cosmetic than medicine—doesn't stain the sheets or anything—and it supposedly works by targeting the immune cells...

I did come across some studies later suggesting the cream might be problematic, but my doctors (different ones, including my old one) basically said those concerns mostly apply to kids, not adults...

And so,

hopefully 🙂

Also, just a side note—stress-relieving sex helps me out quite a bit, so if there's any kind soul out there looking to help, I wouldn't say no. 🧐 🧐

Thanks for the heads-up on the location and the price.👋 As for any other commentary—well, it's pretty obvious what's happening here—they just have to tear down everything else so he's the only one left standing on the market.🙂

You're spreading lies again.
Your first attempt at discrediting me failed. You tried to tear down something you haven't even tested, seen, or heard anyone else actually using.
Now that the facts have shifted, you all suddenly couldn't care less. Now everyone's just hitting the "ignore" button.

I think we're looking at this backward. Everything that actually shows potential for making a real, lasting impact is being discredited immediately. They just fall back on their usual routine: trying to convince everyone that the only way to survive is to constantly slather yourself in creams and ointments from sunrise to sunset. They push this narrative on everyone else just to create an alibi for themselves—claiming that psoriasis is officially incurable and that there’s no hope for us.

I don't get why this irritates you all so much at the end.

With faith in God.

Hi there👋! Just wanted to say that as of today, this thread has gained another member dealing with the exact same issue. 🙂. I’ve been lurking and reading through these comments for over a year now, and I honestly feel like Chris Morgan67 has provided the most helpful insights—so, thank you for that 👏 .
I’ve been struggling with psoriasis for about six years, though luckily I have the "mild version"—it's mostly just below my knees and a bit on my arms. This summer, things actually cleared up almost entirely; my arms are fine now, and there's hardly anything left on my legs. I’m really hoping I can hold onto this through the winter.
Earlier this spring, I tried turmeric capsules and Optoderm cream for three months, but I didn't see much of a difference. Then, I stopped using the cream over the summer and suddenly, my skin improved drastically! I'm not sure if it was the supplements or if the summer sun and a week at the beach were the real heroes here. I guess we'll find out when winter hits—if it flares up again, then the ocean was definitely the reason for the success.

Best to everyone here, and a special shoutout to Chris Morgan67!!

Hey Jason Harris3, I have a question for you (not sure how to quote a specific part of a post, my bad), but it's about this:
What do you guys think about Elidel cream? My dermatologist prescribed it to me and it worked perfectly.

When you say things were okay, what do you mean exactly? Did the itching finally stop? Did that thick layer of skin peel off? Or was it the scaling that went away? Give me some details.

I tried Psorcutan, and honestly, I’m so disappointed. It’s causing a terrible reaction for me. My skin turns bright red—like, dark red—and it stings like crazy.
I'm just eating some olive oil and St. John's Wort spread right now. It's honestly nothing special.

The first attempt at discrediting me was directed right at my doorstep—you wanted to tear down something you hadn't even tried, seen, or heard anyone else using.
Now that the facts aren't lining up with your narrative, suddenly you couldn't care less, and you're all jumping to the "ignore" button.

Actually, I think we’ve got it backwards here. It seems whenever there's even a hint of something that could actually provide real, lasting help—allowing people to move past these tired old methods of just staying stuck in a loop—people freak out. You know, the whole routine of slathering on endless layers of ointments and creams from dawn till dusk, trying to convince everyone else that this is the only way (mostly just to give yourselves an alibi). Because, apparently, psoriasis is officially "incurable," and there's just no hope for us.

And honestly, I have no idea why this irritates you guys so much in the end.
With faith in God,

Look, I wasn't even talking to you—I was addressing Chris Morgan67—but then you had to jump in with that comment about the Republican Party. I was just being a little ironic. As for whether certain products are worth the price tag... well, it's not my place to judge what's expensive or cheap for someone else. What matters is whether the treatment actually works.😘

Michael Ramos3 said:Watching the videos on this Forum, I noticed quite a few people are also struggling with arthritis. I asked my father how he managed those joint pains back when he was dealing with psoriasis.
Sadly, he told me that even though his psoriasis is Healed, the joint pain still lingers. His only advice is to stick to kinesiology exercises every single morning—just some basic stretching—and make sure to visit a specialized medical spa for bone and joint health at least once a year.

With faith in God,

Best,

I’m a new member here, having lived with psoriasis for about ten years now. It hasn't been constant, but things changed two years ago when I was diagnosed with gluten enteropathy—basically a wheat allergy. Being a carrier for two different autoimmune diseases is honestly exhausting, especially since I have to maintain a strict gluten-free diet. It is incredibly hard to resist a good roll, pizza, a burger, or fresh bread when you used to eat them without a second thought. I read somewhere that various skin issues are often linked to celiac disease, so I suspect my body was actually reacting to gluten through my skin long before the gastrointestinal symptoms ever showed up. Regardless, I haven't seen a major breakthrough in my skin patches just from cutting out gluten yet, but I know these things take time. As for treatment, I learned the hard way that corticosteroid ointments and creams are harmful; I’ve wasted so much money on tubes of those over the years. Nowadays, I mostly just use hydrating body lotions. I’m lucky enough to live in a sunny coastal state, which helps. Before I head out into the sun, I gently exfoliate the patches with a mild file and slather on some Johnson & Johnson petroleum jelly. My doctor tells me not to do it, but in my experience, removing the scales before tanning makes the skin look much better. I am also using Daivonex locally, which is essentially concentrated Vitamin D, and it’s fine because there are no nasty side effects. My spots aren't huge, but they are scattered all over my legs, along with a few larger patches on my knees and ankles that are about two inches wide. I’m definitely interested in trying your ointment, Michael Ramos3, so please send me your contact info. I have friends coming to visit from the big city soon, and they could easily bring the ointment back for me. Wishing everyone on the Forum the best.

The good news is that you can find all those favorites in gluten-free versions!
While they aren't always easy to track down at every local corner store, you can easily whip them up yourself using gluten-free flour blends.

Lately, even the big grocery chains like Walmart have started stocking gluten-free pasta, and the prices are actually pretty reasonable!

So, Elidel worked for me by basically peeling off all those thickened patches in about a week—pretty fast, I guess. My skin stayed red for a while after that, but it eventually calmed down. In the end, the redness faded, and the skin underneath looked almost like it had survived a burn and completely regenerated. Just that smooth, fresh skin again. 🙂

To be fair, a single 15g tube lasted me about 10 days, and obviously, insurance companies here don't cover it. The price was anywhere from $240 to $100, which—not surprisingly—was one of the main reasons I stopped using it. BTW, you can grab the exact same cream without a prescription in Canada for about $60, if anyone cares. It’s the same stuff, I checked. 🙂

Anyway, a few dermatologists recommended this specific cream to me, especially for the face. Using things like Betamethasone or Beloderm can leave nasty spots, particularly if you apply them to your face and then head out into the sun...

Mainly, I've dealt with this since I was a kid, so I manage reasonably well. For me, it's about cutting back on caffeine (if the psoriasis flares up) and avoiding any respiratory issues—sinus infections, throat stuff, bronchitis, that kind of thing. That part is pretty vital.

BTW, has anyone thought about starting a psoriasis support group to lobby the Government for two months of paid leave at some beach resort? :-D

And finally, out of all the people here, not one person has offered to help reduce stress through sex. You guys are really something. :-P

Thanks for the info on Elidel 🙂
As for those other treatments, I don't offer that kind of service outside my own local community, so you're out of luck with me, sorry 🙂

For anyone interested in seeing how these new biological preparations actually perform
here is a link containing photos of a man who has been using Humira injections

He’s been on one injection every 14 days for over a year now. All the photos are organized by date and injection cycle. The "Home" section shows his condition before starting the injections, and then you can follow along to see how he progressed through three injections, and so on. If you have any questions at all, please feel free to ask!

I just wanted to let you all know that my shipment arrived today from the pharmacy in Boise—that PSOREX herbal preparation from Kajtezović's apothecary. We are officially beginning the treatment regimen, so I will be sure to check back in with everyone in two or three weeks once we have some actual results to report...👍 A close buddy of mine swears by this stuff, and honestly, I trust his word more than I'd ever trust Sanader 🤣 .

There is a somewhat pungent aroma lingering about it, I suppose... perhaps it might be more prudent to begin using it during the long-sleeved season.😕
