Just dropping a number here isn't really doing it justice, so I figured I'd just ramble a bit to fill up the space.🙂

207/135 approx.

BTW, BMI is okay as a rough ballpark, but it really depends on the individual. If that weight is coming from body fat, then yeah, it’s bad. But if it's mostly muscle or if someone just has "heavy bones," that's a completely different story.

Not trying to make excuses for myself, though. I'm basically a tank. 🙂

170/60... considering my age, I suppose it's perfectly acceptable...

171/74. Not bad—especially since most of that weight is muscle anyway. 🙂

So, here’s the plan: I’m officially hitting the gym starting January 9th, 2006. I’m going to be really disciplined about my diet too, with the specific goal of bringing my BMI down from 24.84 to a solid 22.5.
Even though I’ve been telling myself this for a month now, the start date just keeps sliding further and further into the future, as if it has a mind of its own! 😉

160/63 😢 😢
It’s a hormonal mess. I know, sounds like a lot, but it’s impossible to shake right now. 😢
Honestly? I’m just exhausted and completely over it.

I'm about 5'9" and 176 lbs, and honestly, I think my age matters too, so I'll toss 26 in there for good measure.
I’d love to hit 158, but it’s a struggle—I go through these cycles where I'm either overeating or barely eating anything at all.🙄

Why is everyone obsessed with the age factor?

The relationship between height and weight isn't actually that significant...
I suppose you have people who are, say, 5'11" and 170 lbs, and they're pure muscle.
Then, on the other hand, you've got folks at 5'11" weighing 195 lbs without any muscle definition at all.
I guess people sometimes miscalculate their BMI entirely.
In reality, I think it all boils down to whether or not someone is actually active.
As for me: 6'1", 192 lbs—no muscle definition.😎

Standing at 6'0" and weighing about 182 lbs, but I’m sitting at a lean 8-10% body fat... honestly, all those hours grinding in the gym and doing cardio? Total waste of time.

No matter how you look at it, that weight seems way too low for someone who's 5'5". 😕
