Can someone drop the link for that BMI calculator?

I’m sitting at 123 lbs after all the holiday eating (honestly, I’m shocked because I’ve never been this heavy before). For context, I’m 5'5" and 25 years old...

plz help me out 😁 😁 hope you guys have a great week 😁 😁 😁

I'll go first: 6'1"/185lbs
Old timers tell me that's basically perfect, though I can definitely feel my gut hanging out a bit more than I'd like 😬
Over at there's this "Gut-O-Meter" that tells me I've officially reached "Dad Bod" status 🙂
Your turn!

The best scale is actually a MIRROR!!!

Basically, BMI isn't the only rule for looking good—it's really about your body fat percentage versus muscle mass.

At 6'1", an "average" bodybuilder might weigh 210lbs, but the difference between him and you is that his weight comes from muscle, not extra padding (muscle is denser than fat), so the whole vibe is just totally different.

When people talk about "losing weight," the goal is to drop fat without losing muscle—but unfortunately, for 90% of people, that's just wishful thinking unless they follow a professional nutrition plan.

If anyone wants some specific advice (and actual results), just shoot me a DM. 🙂

I feel your pain...😬 But tell me, do you have a light bone structure? 😁

5'8" / 121 lbs—as for my age, let's just say if a strong wind picks up, I'll be grabbing onto my husband for dear life so I don't blow away 😬.

Honestly, BMI is just pure statistics at the end of the day. It’s fine as a baseline for estimation—it gets you in the ballpark—but there's always going to be massive variation depending on stuff like gender, age, activity levels, and all that. That’s why they give you a range instead of one fixed number, right?

Mine's sitting at 162/58

Look, we aren't friends—and while I couldn't tell you if you have an eating disorder or anything, you're definitely thin, for sure 😛

170/63 😢

I can't help but notice that back when I weighed the exact same amount about 12 or 13 years ago, I actually looked a whole lot better. Now, don't get me wrong—I was never exactly "thin"—but... well, unfortunately, things have started migrating to all the wrong places. And I'm only 28. 😢 😉

So, what am I even supposed to be then? (5'9", 125 lbs). Everyone’s always telling me I’m skinny, but they aren't saying it like I look sickly or anything—I actually look good. My weight is pretty much exactly where it needs to be; I've still got curves in all the right places. 🙂

Standing at 5'8" and weighing about 156 lbs—though honestly, I felt much sharper and more athletic when I was down at 152 lbs.

173 lbs / 55 years old—though at this rate, if a strong wind blows through Chicago, I’ll probably have to grab onto my husband just so I don't get carried away 😬 )

I don't 🙄 But I don't really have any 🙂 I mean, I've got some curves... I'm thin, sure, but I'm constantly bloated so I've always had a little tummy—except maybe first thing in the morning when I wake up 😬 😁

I am curious to get some perspective on whether I should be aiming to put on more weight. It isn't that I haven't made the effort, but gaining mass doesn't come easily to me. Some people suggest my current weight is ideal, while others insist I need to pack on a few more pounds. My body composition seems relatively balanced overall.

198/86🤔

I'm sitting at 193/80, so I guess we're in pretty much the same boat. I probably need about 10-12 more pounds of muscle. 🙂 😁

I feel absolutely incredible and honestly, I’ve never been happier with how I look... all the muscle is exactly where it needs to be and hitting those 5 different workouts (from gym sessions to just staying active) has given me some seriously killer results
