The simplest, most effective fix is... just work through the pain. It works 😁

...it’s like a hangover... you have to fight fire with fire. If your head is splitting from last night's vodka... drink two shots of whatever and watch it vanish 🙂

...same logic applies here... it hurts like hell. You push through it, get moving; say you're doing the same job that caused the strain in the first place... it hurts at first... but once you warm up, the pain is gone. Repeat the process tomorrow morning... and the next... and eventually, it disappears for good. Forget the antacids and the pills... just deal with it 😁

The absolute best way to prevent this is just stretching... Seriously, you need to make sure you're doing at least 15 minutes right after your workout (or whatever else is causing you 🙂)

If you stay on top of it, maybe you won't even need to reach for an Advil anymore. 🙂

I gotta admit, anal sex was such a workout it actually gave me muscle fiber tears! But now, after popping some Advil (took 5 of them), I'm ready for round two!!

Thanks, guys!!

Look, let's just set one thing straight—keep the "I popped five Aspirin and now I'm feeling it" stories to yourself, okay? Not just here on this board, but everywhere... I really don't need the play-by-play of your little pharmacy sessions while you're sitting there typing...

rustymoose54 said:honestly, you’re better off just puking it all up. once that stomach acid hits you, you'll never forget what a low pH feels like. trust me.

and man, you're gonna be sticky as hell

ugh🤣

man, Arthur Barnes is such a mess😁
talk about a rough night—one minute there's muscle fiber involved after some bad decisions, and the next guy's contemplating a DIY amputation.😁

I gotta be honest, anal sex was that intense thing that actually caused muscle fiber tears!

So you're telling me your ass is actually hurting?

Man, that's an easy fix...
next time just use some Vaseline..

Since you're clearly such an expert on anal sex, I'll definitely take your advice! Look at me, already rubbing Vaseline all over my dick!

Oh, give me a break...
Where the hell are you even gonna find Vaseline on short notice?
Or is that just a permanent staple in your bedside drawer?

Your mom took him with her. 🙂

Don't be so damn sure about that.
It’s way more likely that was just your old man...

I don't know about all that. I just know it's been in the house ever since your mom showed up for her "visit."

Given how things are actually playing out right now, there’s just no way someone like that is showing up out of nowhere. It’s gotta be someone from inside your own circle.
You got a brother or something?

Look, you just gotta push through the pain... honestly, just keep grinding and working at it until that lactic acid buildup finally breaks up... what you're feeling is basically just muscle inflammation anyway. I’m an athlete myself and I deal with this crap all the time, so here’s my routine: I hop in my car first thing in the morning, drive to this spot near the local park, leave an apple and a bottle of water there, then sprint from my house all the way to that spot, scarf down the apple, chug the water, and head back... then after that, you just crash for an hour or two, pop an Advil, and suddenly you feel like a brand new person.

Hey there... I think my body finally decided to stage a protest. After six years of being relatively active, I actually woke up with muscle soreness today. It’s been a while.

No matter what I do, I’m dealing with massive muscle inflammation the next day
If I go for an hour-long walk, my legs are trashed for two days straight
If I manage to squeeze out five pushups, my chest is sore for five days... and so on
My muscles have basically withered away and barely moving is a struggle—plus, I’ve put on 25 pounds since this whole thing started
I’ve already seen a neurologist, an endocrinologist, and an immunologist, but according to them, all my tests come back perfectly fine
It’s clearly some kind of undiagnosed condition where the main symptoms are extreme muscle inflammation, which leads to muscle wasting and weight gain (since I can't actually use my muscles)
Any advice on what to do?
