Is this whole thing seriously turning into some massive 'Snakes on a Plane' level disaster?

Watching Liam Neeson try to play this agile action hero is honestly like getting punched in the face, it's just that bad. I haven't even seen his first movie, but I've caught some of his other thrillers, you know, like that unknown one and stuff. He just feels so fake and unconvincing to me, it's painful. I'd say I'm skipping it, but man... it's such a struggle to look away.

It's a great action flick, and honestly, the whole badass persona suits Neeson perfectly (I'll admit, it caught me off guard too, even though I've been a fan of his other work for ages). Basically, highly recommended. 👍

Man, I can't wait to see a hot, sexy Liam swinging those punches 🙂

I actually thought the first installment was great—even if it felt a little surreal how he managed to take out all those guys single-handedly 😁 But this sequel? It feels totally mindless to me. Like, the daughter—who somehow hasn't been affected at all by the trauma of everything she’s been through—is just sitting there obsessively studying her dad's knife collection 😁 I don't know, even the trailer felt like it was trying way too hard, but I guess I'll end up watching the movie anyway just to see if my gut feeling was right, heh.

I caught the trailer at the theater, and honestly, the entire plot was laid out right there. It’s so annoying because I had already decided I wanted to see this movie, and when I make up my mind to go, I don't even watch the trailer.

Trailers have become way too overexposed.
By the way, when I saw the poster before heading inside, I was like, "Oh great, now he's going to steal her wife." And then it actually happened! XD

What a total load of garbage this movie was. Honestly, $9.75🙂 Neeson, you might be a big name, but you clearly have zero acting talent.

I’m with you on the recommendation 😉 but personally, Neeson only works as a badass here because of that whole emotional "parents will do anything to protect their kids" angle—otherwise, I just don't see him in action movies 🤔 For instance, Unknown was so boring I actually turned it off halfway through (I read about the twist, not impressed 👎)

Loved the first one. Just waiting on the subtitles for the sequel now. To me, the first part felt like Jack Bauer in Paris, and now he's stuck in Istanbul.🤣

What a disaster. The first half was fantastic, but this second act is just pure boredom. I almost fell asleep in my seat at the AMC theater. 🤷
Who actually gets excited about the Istanbul cast? There isn't much to work with there anyway. Everything just revolves around the SPICE Bazaar and a couple of streets going back and forth... plus a few plot holes (it involves a kidnapping and a ferry, not to mention the Asian side of the city 🤦, but I won't spoil too much).

I spent about ten minutes checking out those previews and honestly, they’re pretty damn good.
