And of course, I completely overlooked the fact that Lewis Hamilton ended up clipping the chicane. It was quite a messy bit of driving, really, wasn't it? 👎

He’ll definitely overtake him in Monaco, but he was attacking while running on much slower tires. Honestly, Ricciardo was the fastest guy out there, both in the rain and on the dry. If they hadn't messed up his pit stop, he would've taken the win.

Will Ricci squeeze back in between Hamilton and Rosberg again? Like how Vettel did last year? This lead Rosberg has... it's built on Hamilton's bad luck during those first four races. It won't last forever.

I can't help but wonder if Ricciardo might find his way back into that gap between Hamilton and Rosberg again, much like how Vettel managed to squeeze himself in last year? This current lead Rosberg holds—which, if we are being honest, is largely built upon the misfortune Hamilton faced during those first four races—is unlikely to hold its ground for very long.
I suspect Lewis Hamilton will be heading out of Indianapolis sitting right at the top of the standings.

Man, first you’ve got Rosberg's blunder letting Hamilton through, and then they go and mess up Ricciardo's pit stop—I don't think I'm ever going to forget this race.

Sauber 🙏 is such a joke—honestly, Nasr could probably outdrive half the grid with one leg tied behind his back. They should just sign Maldonado at this point; if nothing else, the guy would actually bring some decent sponsorship money to the team

That Safety Car at the start was a total disaster; F1 is honestly going downhill.

And then there’s Ricciardo—some people act like he’s some kind of legend—but after his very first duel with Lewis Hamilton, he’s already waving his hands around, complaining, whining, playing the victim... a real professional, clearly.
Just fight, man! Drive, race!! The instant complaining and hand-waving starts—it’s just exhausting to watch.

You can hate Hamilton all you want, but the guy is a pure racer. Meanwhile, everyone wants to pause every single duel to run math equations on who’s at fault, why it happened, or if it was "fair"...

You're absolutely right—the moment Rosberg missed his mark, Hamilton should have just slammed on the brakes, hopped out of the car, and told him, "Excuse me, sir, you were actually first! Please, I insist—you keep driving at a snail's pace and I'll just follow right behind you..."🤦
Man, the guy was having serious brake issues—he almost got lapped entirely—so there's really no reason for anyone to be stuck behind him.

I agree—this is what racing is all about, though some people just refuse to get it. These things happen in a split second—it's all ultra-fast reflexes—and of course, you're going to get those "on the edge" moments. Honestly, that's exactly how it should be.

In the US, an official would've slapped him with a stop-and-go penalty, tacked on ten seconds for the next race, and thrown a massive hundred-thousand dollar fine at him too.
