Hey everyone. After being tied up with things for a few days, I'm finally getting around to posting some shots I took of the drivers and cars back during my previous trips to Monaco.
Just a little something to build the hype before tomorrow's free practice sessions.
I’ll be dropping more photos later—just random bits and pieces to give you a feel for the atmosphere there.

F1: Red Bull to get more powerful Renault engine for Monaco Grand Prix

So Red Bull is getting an upgrade, but just for one single engine.
Estimates are anywhere from 0.2 to maybe even 0.5 seconds per lap.
Can they actually pull it off with this one questionable upgrade—staying ahead of Franklin and beating out Mercedes?
They’re even talking about a real fight with the Bear.
Whatever. I can't wait.

Everyone is praising this upgrade. If it holds up, they might be right on Ferrari's heels here, maybe even a tiny bit faster...
But honestly? I highly doubt anyone can actually threaten Mercedes with pure pace. I don't believe we'll see two interesting races in a row.

Let's take it step by step. Thanks to better tech—and my own improving photography skills—the quality has definitely gone up over the years.

As my technique has improved over the years, I feel like my photography has really started to come along, too.

Back in 2013, the winner was Nico Rosberg:

Captured back in 2008—he was doing some laps with a journalist at the time.

Captured in 2008 during those laps with a reporter.

Taken in 2010 near the Ferrero area.

Shot in 2011 from the P grandstands—right behind the pool section.

From 2012, taken from the T1 stands—gives you a view of the pits and the track just past the pool.

The photo safari idea is pure genius. Honestly, just keep it up. We should probably all chip in collectively to fund your travels to every single race. That way, we’d finally have our own dedicated on-the-ground reporter representing this forum. Consider this my formal proposal.
