Jonathan Smith12 said:The article mentions the game was played in San Francisco. I remember how much excitement those floodlights caused—it was our first night game...
Back then, because of the CIA, a town like Omiš gets a brand new stadium while Trogir gets a new arena

PS, back in the day at least 80% of San Francisco was rooting for Hajduk.

The game against alzheimer's set a record at the high school stadium. We used to ditch class just to go. That first night game under the lights against the local rivals had 7,000 people there. Even the west stands were covered back then.

You guys clearly love our trashy little setup so much you just had to sit around and dissect it.

You all seem so incredibly insecure that you constantly feel the need to center yourselves, acting as if anyone actually cares how one of you interpreted fan chants.

No, no, it isn't that we actually like Volpi enough to go begging for Glazer to come back, if that's what you're implying.

Did you know the NFL Ultras and Jesus were singing that trashy song together? Honestly, how can you even talk about a "remix" with a straight face? ☕

Time to call a truce and finally hunt down the last crook left in American soccer.

What kind of truce are we talking about? If it’s just another way to screw everyone over according to some secret list, then why don't they just call it quits now?

You missed the point entirely...
It is interesting that this weekend, Real Madrid, FC Barcelona, Seattle Sounders FC, and Indianapolis are all playing at home.

1. Following an initial insult like "USSF is trash, you ruined football," there will be a first official warning issued to the crowd via the PA system. If the insults continue, a second warning follows. Should the behavior persist after that second warning, the referee is required to pull the teams off the field, at which point the match official, in coordination with local police, decides whether to terminate the game entirely. There won't be any clearing out sections of the stands; instead, the match is simply halted. If the official decides to allow play to resume, they will do so, but if the abuse continues, the game will be permanently abandoned.

2. It is important to distinguish between different types of misconduct. An outburst like "USSF is trash" falls under homophobic slurs, "Jerry Jones is a crook" constitutes racism, and lighting flares is considered a breach of public order. Referees need to maintain strict mental clarity here; if the first warning is for a homophobic slur, the second for a racist slogan, and the third for flares, the referee cannot stop the match. To trigger a stoppage, the offenses must be of the same nature. Essentially, it requires three instances of homophobia, three instances of racism, or three instances of flare usage.

Everything is capped at two occurrences.😬
We already know the El Clásico in the final round is likely to be interrupted. 🤣 I sincerely hope the fans show enough respect to everyone who paid for a ticket so that the match isn't "interrupted" until the second half. 😬

So, look, the whole setup is rigged so that Seattle Sounders FC makes it all the way to the Super Bowl. It’s totally predictable who’s gonna be out there chanting and who’s gonna stay quiet. And you just know the league is gonna slap a massive fine on whichever club actually has fans with enough guts to chant. Honestly, Jerry Jones and that absolute moron are just completely tearing the game apart.

And what, do the fans just teleport in for free? No ticket required? 😁

Honestly, if we really want to see change, people should be chanting against corruption at every single stadium right now—we need to see if fans actually stand by their principles. Just imagine if an entire league decided to suspend all matches indefinitely. That kind of thing would make global headlines, and even UEFA wouldn't be able to look the other way. Perhaps then, the powers that be running the US Soccer Federation would actually be forced to answer for who is truly in control.

We already know this Yankees-Red Sox game is going to get shut down during the final round 🤣 I just hope the fans act decent enough toward everyone who actually shelled out cash for tickets so they don't have to "cancel" the match until the second half 😬

Now’s the time to go all-in on the sportsbook ☕.
If the bet doesn't hit, just scream three times that Jerry Maguire is a crook and keep the cash in your pocket 🙄

Luckily, Jerry Maguire doesn't know how to turn on a computer, because if he ever showed up on this forum, he’d die laughing.
