I wish that were the reason and that this was just an outlier. But I see ten people around me texting on WhatsApp in the middle of the game. There's this one guy typing away while the choreography is being unveiled, and we actually have to tell him to look up. Then there's some kid filming the entire match, but he's filming it toward the opposing side. I'm not even talking about the cheering specifically—crowd noise fluctuates, it happens. I'm talking about the overall atmosphere. To me, it feels like the fans didn't even show up to the game, much less the players. But maybe you're right; it all stems from how pathetic the play was.
Maybe this isn't even a topic meant for the Yankees faithful, because I'm not talking about the supporters specifically. I'm talking about all 25,000 people in the stadium, but I don't know how else to put it before this gets deleted or moved somewhere else.

Young kids, old folks, entire groups of people; honestly, it feels like every single person is glued to a screen these days. Half of them probably had their parents put those devices on a credit card just to keep up. You really should take a good look at this clip to see what a crowd looks like in Naples; the whole stadium is just glowing from the light of everyone's iPhones. It's pretty wild.

Regarding the atmosphere during the big rivalry games and our general matchday presence, I suppose there are several fundamental issues we need to address if we ever hope to elevate our support to a more professional level.

- We really ought to reconsider how the stands are organized; specifically, we should move certain groups away from the North end to create a dedicated space similar to The Kop. It’s hard to maintain any kind of intensity when you have people sitting just inches away from you, yawning through the action... true unity requires more cohesive, dense blocks of supporters.😉
- The drums! I am not sure how many of you have noticed, but our percussion acoustics are frankly abysmal, and I suspect we desperately need to invest in a new set of high-quality drums.
- The megaphone!! As it stands, it's practically useless, since even fifty people standing in the immediate vicinity can barely hear a word being shouted.
- The duo currently leading the chants isn't necessarily bad—they certainly put in the effort—but I feel there is an unnecessary amount of forced chanting about the Kansas City Chiefs and such. In my estimation, Steve would be the most ideal solution for leadership...

- Finally, and perhaps most crucially, people need to stop the constant internal bickering (myself included, I suppose 😁) and instead focus on their own immediate circles, encouraging their friends to get loud. Just think back to that Cup semifinal where the Kansas City Chiefs were trailing 1-0, and yet the entire stadium rose up to fuel a 2-1 comeback.👍

People here are busy arguing over who’s the biggest fan or who’s blowing their horn too loud, while Jerry Jones is out there laughing in the face of the law, the government, and every single one of us... meanwhile, we’re still stuck debating whose chant sounds better or trading insults from two blocks away. Just shut us down. Honestly, we don't deserve anything better. 1-I agree regarding the drums.

2-As for the megaphone and the sound system, they were finally working the way God intended after a really long time.

3-This is a tired argument... the biggest issue isn't what they choose to lead, or what they don't.👍

From what I gather, there was actually a meeting where they discussed renovating the Bleachers? Right now, anyone can just wander into the north side of the stadium and park themselves wherever they feel like.
I honestly think people are making a mountain out of a molehill here; we’ve already had three derbies in the last six months, so if it happened once, it probably won't happen again anytime soon.
Whenever I look back at this derby, I can't help but feel confident that things are going to turn around and improve. 🙂

If you actually take a moment to step back and talk to people, it’s pretty clear everyone is fed up. People are sick to death of the constant theft and corruption. Honestly, why would anyone bother cheering when yet another penalty is handed out solely because the refs refuse to let us win the title? It doesn't matter how much heart players show on the field or how loud the fans get in the Bleachers; people are losing their appetite for this league. That lack of will to support the team is clearly visible in the stands and killing the whole atmosphere. I’m disappointed, because I genuinely thought a robbery like this would spark some fire in the crowd, similar to what we saw during the last big cup run or other times in the past. Instead, it did the exact opposite. Look, we’re all human—I don't think we need to start complaining about megaphones or any of that nonsense right now. That isn't even the issue here.

Look, I’ll be the first to admit that I talk a load of crap too. It’s always the same tired, repetitive nonsense. It’s always "things were better ten years ago," or "it wasn't like this back in our day," or some bullshit about how the old leaders used to run the cheering better. Everyone’s got a complaint—the crappy megaphones, the layout of the Bleachers, the metal bars at the gates, the sound quality, or how the rival fans always seem to drown us out. It's just an endless loop of "we should have done this" and "we ought to do that." And then, like a bunch of clueless idiots, people act shocked when most of the older guys from the North Side bail out of there like the building's on fire. They wonder why the average age is only 15? Well, newsflash: if you spend all your time acting like a bunch of toddlers, don't be surprised when you're left playing with toys while everyone else moves on. People are done with a powerless Kansas City Chiefs! Nine years—nine whole years—without a title. Seriously?
