Eventually, the precinct commanders had to shut that whole operation down once they realized the money was being drained by people just making things up. They practically want it to turn into a war zone, like it's Boise back in '95.

I really don't feel like getting into a massive debate about firefighters right now, but it's always the same story: people from one department will fight anyone from another over working conditions. You'll have someone from Miami arguing with the crew in LA or Chicago, completely ignoring the fact that, for instance, the local guys handle the gas line issues which the others don't even touch.
