The core issue here is that the individual being discussed is actually the pharmacist we're talking about, whereas the person mentioned on the local community board is someone entirely different, for all we know.

I can't see a doctor right now since I'm traveling for another year and just don't have the budget for private specialists. It feels like I'm dying here—does anyone know what else I can try???
Hannah Roberts42 said:Hey everyone... we actually dealt with similar hemorrhoid issues ourselves... we ended up using some products from FLP and managed to sort everything out pretty quickly... I wonder if anyone else here has tried them??

Pilex at the pharmacy—$123
Pilex on some site listed as Himalaya—$33
What's the catch? I don't want to waste my money...

Which packaging are we talking about? $123So, I’ve been sitting here weighing my options, and I can't help but wonder... should I be looking at seven tablets, or is fourteen the way to go? What do you all think?

They keep switching things up between 7 and 14 capsules, then 14 and 28... inconsistent... 😁
restlessbadger2 said:I thought about trying them about two years ago, but they were way too expensive back then. I’m really wondering if they would actually make a difference for me, or if they might help with a fissure...🤷

I am joining all of you who are dealing with butt problems. 😍
I first dealt with this when I was 18, and back then, using hemorrhoid cream kept everything under control until about two months ago. Now I'm 20, and I honestly feel lost on how to help myself. I completely overhauled my diet—eating more fiber and grains, drinking Donut on an empty stomach in the morning, and using various creams—but nothing seems to be working very well...
I have external hemorrhoids that are quite inflamed. It got so bad last week that I couldn't walk or sit; I could only lie on my stomach!!
I wanted to ask what cream I should buy to go along with Detralex tablets... I was thinking about getting Dolokay gel just to kill the pain, but what else should I use? Also, is Fact ointment for external issues too, or just internal?
Please help. I'm at my wit's end. I know I really ought to see a proctologist, but I keep putting it off....🙄🙄

It has been 52 days since the operation, and I find myself struggling to believe that the outcome could be this positive... I am truly overjoyed... I thank God and the brilliant minds who developed this technology... After fifteen years of unrelenting suffering, I have finally found relief, and it was essentially free when one considers the cumulative cost of all those various creams, ointments, and pills... not to mention the psychological trauma, the sleepless nights, and the endless years of agony and immobility... there is simply no price tag high enough to compensate for what I have endured...
I’ll admit I was somewhat pessimistic initially, but the surgery was an absolute success... I didn't witness the true results until about 40 days had passed following the procedure...

Take the nozzle off the hose, crouch down in the tub, and aim a strong stream of water directly at the anal area. Massage the area with the water flow, and maybe occasionally switch to slightly cooler water... just keep massaging the area for about 10 minutes like that. If you do this at least twice a day, I guarantee the pooled blood will recede from the hemorrhoids and the inflammation—along with the pain—will vanish.
