The court handed down a fine of five thousand dollars. Dave R. (43), hailing from Miami, via the local municipal court. Because of those comments on the forum. Members of the "Contra" lesbian advocacy group in Washington, D.C. have flagged certain content on Net.hr. They’ve officially reported a specific comment to the District Attorney's Office in Miami, labeling it both offensive and threatening.

Once our government gets eyes on this I guess they'll finally have a perfect little roadmap for how to wipe out all the hooliganism in the stands. 😁

A ban? 😁
Well, if the law actually applied to everyone equally... ☕

This fan legislation is way too aggressive... If you tell a cop to get lost at the stadium, you’re looking at a year-long ban and $1667 because they consider that straight-up disorderly conduct at sporting events... 🙂

I’m fairly certain I’m the only person on the planet currently facing a potential ban from three different clubs simultaneously. 🙂

Then we have the verbal abuse directed at his mother. Honestly, his daughters are just terrified he might pass away; the man is struggling.

It’s not even about the fans, but honestly, they’re just unhinged:

At this rate, give it a few years and they'll probably start docking people's $2,000 monthly salaries too... just to keep things interesting.

Hey there—quick question about how these things work. If someone gets hit with a restraining order or a ban from attending a specific club's games, does that automatically mean they’re banned from all national team matches too? Or is it possible for the restriction to only apply to one specific club while leaving the door open to go watch the national team play?

there's also that other way things could go, I guess... depends entirely on how much luck you're carrying with you lately...

Did UEFA just give the green light to pyrotechnics?

Got two questions for anyone who’s dealt with this before:
1. A 14-year-old kid got busted trying to sneak in a flare. Is he actually looking at trouble here?
2. About half an hour after the game ended, people were picked up at a bar right by the stadium. They did the breathalyzer test and now they're being hounded over it. Does that fall under the sports fan law or what?

Anyway, I think it’d be smart if we started posting stuff like this here. People need to be able to prep for court. This kind of nonsense is only going to ramp up, and most people don't have the cash to throw at lawyers...

By the way, I really think it would be helpful if we shared stuff like this here—you know, documenting these situations so people can actually prepare for court. These kinds of ridiculous incidents are only going to increase, and let's face it, most people don't have a massive budget for lawyers...

1. Yes, he can.
2. Unfortunately, most likely yes.

First scenario: there’s definitely going to be some kind of penalty coming.

Second scenario: since my better half is a lawyer, I did a little digging. Her take? If you can actually prove those blood alcohol levels only spiked *after* the game was over, you might just walk away clean in front of a judge. But honestly, it all comes down to how much the Department of Justice decides to push for. That's the real kicker.

Like copperharbor02 said, those old guys will probably get hit with a fine, but I'm not sure if he'll face any bans since he's a minor. 🤷 Maybe the only thing he'll get is a visit from Child Protective Services, since carrying a flare is treated like a major felony here.

Just a court reprimand, most likely... though he’ll probably have to deal with a social worker breathing down his neck for a while...
