Susan Anderson77 said:Honestly, would you guys get nose surgery if you were in my shoes? I'm only 14, and I'm just so incredibly self-conscious, and it's solely because of my nose.
When I talk, the tip of my nose moves around. O.O I don't even know how to describe it.

That bump on the bridge is driving me absolutely crazy.

NO—or, if you really want to, definitely not yet!
To be perfectly blunt, nobody is going to perform surgery on you before you turn 18, and honestly, it’s not recommended anyway (unless you're dealing with serious breathing issues).
So, please, don't stress about it right now. Just hang in there for a few years. By then, you'll either have grown comfortable with it and moved past the insecurity, or you'll reach an age where getting it fixed actually makes sense. Trust me, nobody is looking at your nose during these years. If it weren't your nose, it would be something else entirely—like thinking your legs are too short, your hair is thinning, or you feel awkward in social settings. This is just a classic teenage "crisis" centered on your nose. 🙂

I wasn't even thinking about doing it right now; I'm waiting at least four more years. Most people say it looks fine, but I just don't feel comfortable with him. It honestly bothers me... And of course, you know how people can be, making snide comments just to provoke someone about their nose...

Dear forum members, let me introduce you to... 🙂 My Nose:

From a semi-profile view, it looks like there’s a hump, but there really isn't... it's just an excessively wide bone base.
http://img709.imageshack.us/img709/8...pboard02hc.jpg

That "hump" just keeps evolving into an even more bulbous mess, doesn't it?
http://img29.imageshack.us/img29/1871/clipboard03vh.jpg

A bird's-eye view.
I can't see the image you've linked. Could you please upload it directly or describe what’s in it? Once I know what we're looking at, I can give you my thoughts.

But then again, looking at the profile... everything seems perfectly normal. 😬
http://img96.imageshack.us/img96/5773/2605101626.jpg

Well, here I am, just sitting here feeling quite satisfied with myself because I have such a great profile and, more importantly, truly excellent ears... Honestly? I’d bet anything that nobody else out there has ears as fine as mine. 😛 And honestly, I have pretty decent eyes and lips too—though, admittedly, you won't really notice them until I finally crop my nose out of the photo. 😬
Whatever. Besides, everyone’s looking at my boobs anyway. 😍

But whatever, everyone ends up staring at my chest anyway 😍.

Way too good! 🙏

It looks... totally normal (lol), and honestly, it’s because it actually is. I'm talking about my 100% natural nose here. 😍 So, yeah, just a permanent state of having a gorgeous face—zero post-op swelling to speak of.

It’s been three weeks since my surgery. In the days leading up to it, I was obsessively scouring this forum. Obviously, all those horror stories hit me way harder—especially the ones where they took too much cartilage and ended up with a totally deformed nose.
I walked into that operating room completely shaken, just repeating the same thing to the doctor over and over: please don't take too much off, I'd rather have a nose that's slightly too big than one that's too small... and honestly, that's exactly what I got. My nose still looks massive, even after $4333 and spending two weeks on the couch during my vacation in 😂.
Look, instead of calmly explaining my vision to the surgeon, I panicked, scared him, and ended up with a half-baked result.
So now what? The thought of going back under the knife is exhausting, but this nose is driving me absolutely insane!!!
Bottom line: don't spiral if you actually trust your doctor. If you don't trust them, just cancel the whole thing...

Thanks...
Honestly, same here. I spend all day, every day, lurking on these forums...
God knows how much stuff I've read by now... XD

Which doctor did you go to?
Feel free to DM me... :-)

I remember reading in an interview that she doesn't regret it at all and is totally happy with the results.
Personally, I think her nose looks great, though I can't say the same for some other celebrities.

She had it done by Glumičić.

I'm wondering which doctor you went to? I've got a surgery coming up soon, but I haven't picked anyone yet... and I totally agree, you have to find someone you actually trust to get it right.

Sean Hill9 said:So, I just took off the last bandage, and honestly, my nose looks lovely... though the swelling around my eyes and the middle is still pretty intense, making me look a bit of a mess right now, but I know that's just temporary. I went to see Dr. Kinčl, and it cost me about $1,850. Feel free to ask if you need any more details. Best...

I also had my procedure done by Dr. Kinčl, and I have to say, I am beyond satisfied with the results 🙂
I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking for work on their nose or breasts; he did a truly fantastic job on both, managing to keep everything looking completely natural so that 🙂

Ugh, I’ve been scrolling through all these posts 😬 So, here’s the deal—I’m eventually looking to get surgery, but honestly, the budget just isn't there right now.

Basically, I broke my nose back when I was a kid, and over time it just drifted completely out of alignment. Now I’ve got that classic eagle look—not even like a witchy curve, more like a weird little step where it just drops down. 😁 It’s pretty large (bigger than Helgi’s, lol), and there’s this bump on it that looks almost like a subcutaneous pimple... you know, like you can see white underneath, as if the bone is trying to punch its way through. 😳 It makes my face look totally asymmetrical from different angles. 😢 I took a peek at Ostojić’s gallery and I really dig his work (especially how he handles wider nostrils). Anyway, I wanted to ask if anyone here has dealt with something similar—a big, crooked nose with those oversized nostrils that usually come with it—and ended up actually happy with the results?😕

Thanks.

Looking at that gallery from Ostojić, it seems like everyone ends up with the exact same nose—just this identical, bulbous look after the surgery... I wonder, does it actually stay like that forever, or does the tip eventually settle back to something resembling a normal nose later on?

I have to say, I was seriously impressed by the nose of this one girl here—hers was almost worse than mine, and she actually went to Tončić for the fix. It turned out absolutely perfect. Because of that, Tončić is definitely high up on my shortlist... 👍

restlesstinker4 said:Hey everyone...

I’ve booked a procedure with Dr. Dzepina (over on the street near Gjura Dezelic, he works in a group with Glumičić) for June 15th.
Now I’m spiraling. Just reading everything online out there has me completely panicking...

Please—I’ve asked this before and nobody gave me an answer—has anyone actually dealt with him? Does anyone know anything about his work?
I'm feeling pretty hopeless here...

My girlfriend had surgery with Dzepina just a few months ago.
The only advice I can give you is this: RUN FOR THE HILLS! B.E.F.O.R.E. IT'S TOO LATE!
He absolutely botched it. Now she’s looking at corrective surgeries (hopefully with someone else entirely!)...

Ugh...

Alright, I have one question for everyone here:

Who do you all think is actually the best choice right now for rhinoplasty?
I’m not talking about fixing a deviation—just looking to refine the tip and narrow the bridge area at the top.

Feel free to message me privately if that's easier...

Hey there.

I had my procedure done, and honestly, they nailed it—it turned out exactly how I envisioned it. If you're looking for someone who actually listens, I can't recommend Ostojica enough. Seriously, if you want to see some before and after shots, just shoot me a DM and I'll send them over to you.😁

So, I finally pulled the trigger on this, and as I’m sitting here typing this, it’s actually my very last day with the cast on my nose... To be honest, the only real insecurity I ever dealt with was this stubborn nose of mine. As for how much I paid or where I went—well, I’ll keep those details to myself. But I definitely had a few issues to address:
1. It just wasn't proportional to my face.
2. After breaking it four different times, the bone structure felt as bumpy as a rough ski slope.
3. And, of course, there was that unavoidable bump.
4. Plus, the tip of my nose had started to droop because I’d lost so much cartilage from all those breaks over the years.

The surgery itself wasn't painful, though I did end up looking pretty blue and swollen. I felt incredibly greasy, almost like I'd bathed in a gallon of oil, and there was a bit of constant pressure. Right now, I’m in that yellowish phase of healing. My only real worry is that my nose still looks quite large, but apparently, that should settle down significantly over the next two months. Tomorrow, the cast comes off, and I’ll finally see the results... Honestly, when it comes to aesthetics, it feels worth enduring a little discomfort—a few shots in the stomach, swallowing a mountain of painkillers, taking sleep aids, and staring at the TV even when you can barely focus your eyes.

The hardest part, though, will be the swelling that kicks in after the third day. It’s easily one of the most uncomfortable experiences I’ve had, especially since this is my third time dealing with something similar.🙂 I’ve taken photos of how I looked before, how I look now, and I’ll definitely be documenting the final results in two months.

If this is something that bothers you and you can find the courage, just go for it. Nobody wants to stare at an unattractive face, right? Hahaha.😉 Just kidding!😉

I'm just wondering if anyone knows how the process works when you're only fixing the tip—you know, just that cartilage part.
Just thinking about narrowing it down a bit, making it smaller...
Do you actually need full surgery, general anesthesia, packing...
Please let me know.
Thanks so much!😉
