If the admins and mods—the ones actually in charge of approving this PDF—don't know the first thing about infertility or IVF, then maybe they should do some actual homework. They need to realize that people trying to conceive deserve just as much space, discussion, and attention as pregnant women or seniors 😉
And one more thing—just look at how much activity there is over on the "trying to conceive" board. The sheer volume of posts every single day is insane... maybe give those folks a little recognition too 🙂
