Maybe you meant the CIA method? If it is CIA, that’s just a blood test used to check for antibodies against Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, or Syphilis, broken down into three separate groups.
I'm not entirely sure if they asked for CIJA or CIA, or which specific condition they're looking at. As for that high IgE, you probably just have an allergy.

You’ll definitely need to grab a new referral for the ENT anyway, since under the current laws here in the States, those referrals expire after just a month. At least you'll get some actual answers from her this time. While you're at it, ask for a referral for blood and urine tests too, just so you can get everything checked out properly.

My bloodwork is showing higher levels of some stuff too... I'm not entirely sure if I should ask them to run more tests beyond the usual suspects—you know, lipids, glucose, iron, RBCs, WBCs—or maybe throw in some BUN, urea, and whatever else might be relevant?

Definitely get a blood panel done—check urea, creatinine, and a full CBC—along with a urine test and a sediment analysis too.
