Sure, everyone wins stuff somewhere, obviously, but let's be real—the guy was driving a McLaren Mercedes, and I know that because I used to watch every single race on ESPN when I was a kid, and every time I tuned in, the guy was absolutely tearing it up...

He was honestly a beast of a driver. I don't know how closely you actually follow his career, but people used to say he was basically destined for Formula 1 greatness...

And then the shock came, Kimi Räikkönen shows up and totally wrecked his momentum 🤷
And forget all that talk about winning in Formula 1, because the guy never actually had a car capable of winning races 🤷

I'll admit, he hasn't been in top shape this season, but that's just how it goes. He wasn't exactly going to be winning anything in a Sauber. But then again, if he had moved to Mercedes at the same time as Kimi Räikkönen, who knows what would've happened? Maybe Nick would be where Kimi is today 🤷

Even if he does—he hasn't a clue how to capitalize on it. Someone hit the nail on the head once: BMW is only successful because of that German influence... They really should have held onto Sebastian Vettel while they had him.

Michael Schumacher definitely wouldn't have missed that shot, but even so, Michael Schumacher is still better than Sebastian Vettel

Nobody is ever going to touch Michael Schumacher (even if he's not exactly my favorite guy), mostly because back in his prime, he had the absolute best car on the grid while everyone else was struggling with junk. He just had that edge, you know what I mean??

So, I guess I totally blew it. Like, looking back, this guy was actually insane—he was the runner-up in F3000 in '98 and took the title in '99. On top of all that, he was already pulling test driver duties for McLaren during that championship season... just to land himself a seat in the Prost Peugeot for 2000. 👎

It’s just a fact. Out of everyone actually on the grid right now, he’s the undisputed king when the rain starts coming down.
