A coach prepares the squad and the strategy well before the game starts during training sessions, not during a timeout. During a timeout, he can just sit there in silence. He could say whatever nonsense he wants—it wouldn't change much. His role there is simply to motivate, to yell, or even to talk nonsense; sometimes the louder the nonsense, the better, because that's just psychology. A timeout isn't some academic seminar; it's thirty seconds of shouting. It’s not like they’re playing chess.

1. We definitely had success, sure, but before the "Lino Magic" era, we were absolutely pathetic. It was so bad I’d compare that dark age to how volleyball looks today. Zero sponsors, zero motivation—just pure misery.
