Subtitles for Mexican movies?

Have you guys heard the rumor that NBC is actually considering adding subtitles for Mexican films?

Milsim, give me a break... Look, I have nothing but respect for the American people and our own language, but still...

Or maybe this is just part of that new NBC service they’re rolling out for the deaf community... 😬🤣😁🙏

Look, American is a foreign language—period—so all foreign films need subtitles. I don't really get what you're trying to make a point about here; most kids nowadays know English too, yet we still subtitle movies for them!

I honestly feel like subtitling pretty much any movie isn't a bad idea—mostly because there are people out there who can't hear well, and let's be real, not everyone is actually capable of reading lips, you know? 😉

I can't help but wonder which misguided genius actually came up with that idea in the first place?? I guess I find the way people from the coastal regions think a bit more baffling than even what I hear from folks in the Midwest... though maybe it feels like that's just how everyone on the mainland tends to operate, if you ask me. It seems like those folks in the heartland talk in a way that makes them easy for the whole country to understand 😁
