Laura Castillo7 said:Did he do that mouth contouring thing on you? Does it hurt? I actually passed on it because I just wasn't feeling it—he told me almost everyone gets it done, though from what I can tell, he’s pretty much the only one doing it like that.

Yeah. It didn't hurt at all. Not that, or anything else for that matter.

Why is everyone staying silent? Has nobody else undergone rhinoplasty lately? Please—share your experiences!

It essentially slices through the muscle connecting the nose to the mouth—just to ensure the nose stays put while you're talking.

I actually think they did that to me! A few days after my surgery, my gums felt a little swollen—maybe that's related? Plus, it used to drive me absolutely crazy when I talked because my nose would "stick" to my lip and move around every time I spoke... but now? It stays perfectly still!

And which dentist did you actually see? If they really cut you like that—leaving you with stitches above your upper teeth—then you clearly went to the wrong place. For anyone interested, the entire procedure is documented on Ostojić's page, so go take a look there if you want the full story.

Kimberly Robinson55 said:I honestly think they might have nicked it during the procedure because my gums have felt a little swollen for a few days since the surgery. Maybe that’s what caused it, but even before that, it was driving me absolutely crazy while I was talking—my nose would almost feel like it was "sticking" to my lip and shifting whenever I spoke, but now that sensation is gone.

Oh, really?
Do you think that's just a temporary thing, or is it something that's going to stick with you forever?
Personally, I actually kind of find it cute when someone's nose moves a little bit while they're talking....

Personally, I think it's adorable when people twitch like that while they're talking...

Honestly, I’m not even sure if he actually cut it or not—there were so many questions flying at me that I totally forgot to ask him! Right now, it isn't moving much—it might still be a little swollen, so I'll have to wait until things relax and the swelling goes down to see.

Ten days out from surgery, you're supposed to cut out all the Advil, aspirin, and basically anything containing salicylates. Does that mean taking Tylenol is actually okay?

Jesse Taylor7, I think it’s possible, but you’re probably better off asking a pro, like at a local pharmacy...

Has anyone else gone to Tončić for nose surgery besides Gie???
Mine looks amazing, but I read online that he likes to wing it and now he’s giving me attitude. I went in for a consultation, but he basically told me he doesn't know exactly how the nose will look afterward because he just "sees it" during the procedure, like he has some kind of internal computer. Seriously? I just wanted a rough idea!!! He just said: it’ll look better😁. It’s so frustrating, I wish he would have shown me a digital mockup or even just sketched something out!!!

Help me out here—is it Tončić or Glumičić? Should we be looking at Tončić or Glumičić?

It’s been about ten days since my surgery. Ideally, one shouldn't be taking any medications at all—at least, that's what I was told during my consultation. Has anyone else had their procedure pushed back because of a common cold?

It escapes my comprehension why Glumicic continues to utilize general anesthesia when a potent local option would clearly be safer for the patient. I can only assume it’s simply because they find it more convenient for themselves.

Isn't it just following the specific type of anesthesia that you've decided works best—based entirely on your own search engine results?

You caught me at a bad time 😕 Bas I'm going to go ahead and ask the girl who was actually over at his place.

Go ahead and ask—I’m genuinely curious. By the way, do you actually go to his office for consultations? And more importantly, does he offer any kind of installment plan for payments?

Hey ladies, so I asked Dr. Glumicic why some surgeons opt for local anesthesia while others go with something more intense. He told me he prefers general anesthesia because it’s just way more comfortable for the patient—and honestly, easier for him too, since there’s zero risk of someone waking up mid-procedure or feeling pain. He also mentioned his anesthesiologist is a total pro and provides perfect sedation without any of those nasty side effects like nausea or dizziness. And honestly? It’s true. I’ve had leg surgery three different times after being in a car accident, and every single time I woke up, it was a total nightmare. But this time? Nothing. Absolutely nothing. I was actually chatting away with my sister about how amazing the whole experience was.
Just a heads up, Dr. Glumicic doesn't offer payment plans; it's cash only.

I was trying to explain why some people end up working in specialized high-intensity roles while others stick to general positions, but I totally mangled my point...

And why won't he offer financing? Even when you're buying his most expensive items, he still refuses to provide payment plans—it just makes no sense. By the way, Peter Young, are you actually happy with the clothes you bought from him? Is the quality what you expected based on what he shows on his website?
