Man, Wicki, don't you dare start packing for New Year's Eve just yet! 🙂

Hey Wicki, that Ultravox track from Vienna is floating around somewhere near Trans Am. Honestly, who even listens to that stuff? If I catch anyone blasting it, I might just lose my mind! 😠

...but Vienna is just a sweet, lovable little thing. 😎
I'm still just sitting here waiting for someone to finally say something about The Human League. 😁

Where on earth could you find a track featuring that kind of gated reverb?

While my buddies back in the early eighties were busy fantasizing about Kim Wilde, Nena, Samantha Fox, or Sabrina, I had much more sophisticated tastes. I spent my time picturing Bonnie Tyler—specifically in that iconic white dress from her music video (bless that anthem)—pulling me into a hug against her chest, softly stroking my hair while whispering, "every now and then i get a little bit restless and i dream of something wild..." Some twisted souls might try to label that an Oedipus complex, but they clearly lack vision.

Now, some cynical folks might try to label that an Oedipus complex, but hey, let them talk.
