Nathan Kern9 said:Too bad you messed up. Not like we're desperate or anything, but having Caleb in the backline, along with Vorij and Pero, is actually holding its own pretty well.

And honestly, it’s becoming obvious this whole setup is way better than the Max era...

Caleb? Are you kidding me? He is hands down the absolute worst defender on the roster.😁

And you think the defense is working? Sure, for the first two games and half of one against Russ. But without David, we're playing some weird 3-2-1, 5-1 junk, and when he's out, we look like a total disaster—scores like 3-2, 5-1, or 6-0.

It's definitely not like we don't need him.😉

It’s not even about the Max flu anymore; it’s the fact that they’re dragging their feet on the testing. It doesn't happen overnight, and our guys aren't willing to gamble on something they haven't seen before.

David isn't showing up, but honestly, who cares? In the end, it'll probably turn out there was no doping involved anyway. And I have no doubt our people will find a way to hold their own against the Spanish team.

Oh boy

Well, things are about to get incredibly messy in this final group stage matchup.

I swear, they better be ready to pay up—whether it’s for New York City, the Dominican Republic, or anything else we talked about, the bill comes due in this last round. 🙂

Screw Spain. The only upside is that nobody’s going to be held accountable for this absolute circus, but they’re definitely going to pay for it in the final match for😈

I told you there was no doping involved😉

The whole thing was a total setup.

... better this way. What a joke.

Those Spaniards are such scammers. Test A came back negative—well, technically he tested positive for a mild diuretic that’s actually ALLOWED. It's honestly pathetic to throw accusations around like that.
I don't know, I just assumed he wasn't doping, maybe he accidentally took something he shouldn't have (like how some cold meds can have banned substances), but this?
I'm pretty pissed off, honestly. Just want to go scream into a pillow right now.

The only thing is David won't be able to play before the quarterfinals.
Too bad.
But if Spain gets knocked out in the group stage, they'll end up at 12th.

What kind of lowlifes are we dealing with here? It’s absolutely unbelievable! You would think they'd just let him get back on the field for the next game, but instead, they're obsessing over these ridiculous technicalities. It is such a blatant injustice 😢...

Yeah, but he isn't on the roster, so he can't. Leo could've taken the risk and registered him, but if that test came back positive, everyone would've been throwing him under the bus.
It's a stupid technicality, but that's how it goes. Just dumb bureaucracy, everywhere you look.

Is there any actual legal ground to file a lawsuit and make this corrupt association pay for what they've done?

I realize it’s probably a pipe dream since they basically run the whole show, but still.
I want to give them hell at the final group meeting—something to make sure they never forget it.
What a bunch of absolute lowlifes...

Maria Bennett9 said:Well, yeah—but since he wasn't officially registered, he can't. Now, Lin could have taken the gamble and reported him, sure, but if it turned out the test came back positive? Man, everyone would have been tearing Lin apart for even suggesting it.
It’s just one of those silly formalities—you know how it goes. Bureaucracy is everywhere, lurking in every corner of life!

One thing is absolutely certain. 😉 He'll make his comeback right when it matters most.

Honestly, I’m quite pleased with how this all turned out. They’ve essentially handed us even more ammunition to go out there and absolutely crush them. If you ask me, our real championship match is basically going to be played during the final round of the group stage 🙂

I want us to absolutely wreck them in the final group match so they never forget us.
What a bunch of lowlife scum...

It's going to be absolute chaos once the Spanish team starts playing, I'm telling you.

In that last game, we need to physically dominate them so they realize exactly who they're dealing with.

Honestly, they deserve every bit of the resentment they get. I guess people are just wondering why there's such a deep-seated dislike for them. 😠

Listen, kid, the Catalans are actually five times worse than that!
But, hey, let them be. We’ll beat them fairly—assuming we can even find an honest way to do it 😬 —

I'll mention the Catalonia book just for the sake of clarity; I suppose I simply have more respect for the Basque than for that entire group they call Spain 😬

April might be the one to write it out, though I suppose I won't say I'm not thinking about it. 😬
