Don't bother hunting down ads for the 2006 World Cup either. They’re pointless after what happened last year. People will show up if they show up. They'll see it, talk about it, whatever. Honestly, I doubt any alternative-loving New Yorkers will miss out when everything is free; curiosity alone will bring out quite a crowd.
And don't sweat the construction work in the plaza in front of Five Wells. It was dug up back when the Live and Loud tribute was playing a few days ago, and nobody seemed to care then.
Don't worry about the headliners not being listed. Everything is a free-for-all anyway, so who cares who's playing? Don't go in expecting anything, and you might actually be pleasantly surprised....

Stop overthinking the 2006 World Cup stuff. The festival is definitely happening. From here on out, it's all free. I'll buy you all a drink for as long as I live...

There are a few decent bands out there, but honestly, none of them make it worth the trip to the USA.

I mean, sure, it might be worth checking out some of the bands playing there, I suppose, but I just don't really feel like going...😁
And besides, there isn't any actual true black metal...🤮 😁

Honestly, 90% of those bands wouldn't be on my radar even if they were playing right here in Washington, D.C. 🙂
