1. Having "thick skin" essentially means it’s doing wonders for your nerves 😁 😉 😁
Seriously, James Newman4, where did you disappear to? Are you still helping us navigate all this Herbalife stuff???

edit; he isn't even on the list down there anymore—I suppose you all managed to chase him off by last night, it seems to me

Come on, James Newman4, where'd you disappear to? Weren't you helping us out with Herbalife before???

Well, that "thick skin" feeling goes right deep under the surface, just like we've all seen.
And get this: the guy selling the weight loss supplement (since that's how this whole thing started) is someone carrying at least 30 extra pounds.
And I don't mean he's just slightly over his ideal weight—I mean he's carrying 30 pounds of extra weight for a man his age!

James Newman4 said:The sexist remarks he’s talking about are basically the only thing people enjoy on this forum! Personally, I’m not one of those guys who just showers everyone with empty flattery; I prefer being straight with someone, whether they want to hear it or not... 😉 😁

If you randomly drop a comment like "you'd be better off if 🙂" or "I would totally 🙂" without any provocation, that's just plain sexism, not "the truth."
Honestly, what a pathetic way for a man to act.
I can't stand the bootlickers either, but this kind of behavior actually makes me feel sick.

Well, who knows? Maybe he was carrying an extra 110 pounds before this started—in which case, we're looking at some serious progress here 🙂
By the way, how certain are you that it’s actually Mac? It crossed my mind that it might be his son... or maybe it really is the partner he claims it is? I assume they all share the same pitch, attending all the same seminars and whatnot, right?

By the way, how sure are you that it’s actually Mac Gregor? It crossed my mind that it might be his son, or maybe it really is the partner he claims—I assume they all run in the same circles and attend all the same seminars, right?

1. Sure, it's progress. But if you're out here claiming you're gorgeous and sexy while posting a photo like that, you definitely have some issues going on upstairs!
2. He's slipped up a few times too, trying to pass off stories and experiences as his own when he'd already written about them in Meci.

And I don't mean 30 pounds over some fitness model standard... I mean 30 pounds overweight for a guy his age.

Where am I supposed to find those photos? 😕 Maybe it's just my luck—I don't touch any of those products, yet I still look good and stay fit. ☕

A man like that is just pathetic.

I haven't read those comments—and honestly, it's probably better that way—but a real man would never stoop to making sexist remarks. It just shows how miserable he actually is...

Edit; he’s not even on the list down below anymore, I guess you guys all chased him off by yesterday or something.
Good evening, was someone looking for me? .. 👋>

Sorry for being MIA, but man, I can't believe how much you guys have been tripping over this nonsense, like, do you honestly think this stuff makes you younger? .. 😉 😁>

Like, 30 pounds, and not even from an ideal starting point, just for a guy his age.
If your comments weren't so funny, they'd actually be pretty stupid .. 😁>

Why don't you come to a lecture on cellular nutrition next week and see for yourself who's actually carrying more extra weight, you or me? (I could even measure your body fat percentage for you) ... 😉 👍

Oh yeah. You post those "before" and "after" photos where even I, and I'm practically blind, can tell they're different people.
That's the proof right there.
Didn't your grandma tell you to eat more carrots so you could see any better? .. 😕 😁>

Apologies for my "absence," but honestly, I can't believe how much you're all obsessing over this nonsense. You actually think it makes you look younger? 😉 😁

If your comments weren't so ridiculous, they might actually be stupid instead of just funny.. 😁

Come to a lecture on cellular nutrition next week and see who’s actually more clueless—you or me? (I could even measure your body fat percentage for you)... 😉 👍

James Newman4, you’re honestly a total psycho. 😢

So, I was just sitting here thinking about everything lately, and it got me wondering... what are you actually giving up? Like, what have you decided isn't worth the hassle anymore? For me, I guess it’s been a lot of that fake, processed junk that everyone seems to obsess over, and honestly, just all that unnecessary drama that people drag themselves into for no reason. It’s kind of hard to pin down one specific thing, because life is just a constant stream of deciding what stays and what goes, you know? Maybe I'm being too deep about it, but I feel like once you start cutting out the noise—whether that's bad habits or just people who drain your energy—everything starts feeling a little less heavy. I don't know, maybe it's just me. What about you guys? What are you walking away from? 😕

I mean, is it really that hard to see what's actually going on here? It’s pretty obvious to me that someone is clearly trying to push a specific agenda—I don't even know exactly what they're getting out of it, honestly—but they're just spreading misinformation and forcing these ridiculous theories down everyone's throats that don't make any sense if you actually use your brain, and then they just start picking on people one by one to keep the drama going.

It feels like nobody can actually stay on topic around here, honestly. People just drift off into whatever random thought pops into their heads, which I guess isn't that surprising since, if I'm being blunt, I haven't seen anyone post anything remotely intelligent regarding actual health matters. I don't really get why so many people bother wasting their precious time on this site, but hey, maybe that's just how it is. 😉

what a pathetic
topic

😁 At least you're selling American products—though clearly you don't actually know anything about them, otherwise you'd realize it's called a "topic" and understand why... 🙂

It is blindingly obvious—though I haven't quite figured out whose agenda it serves—that someone is intentionally spreading misinformation just to push these absurd, nonsensical theories that fly in the face of common sense... and then, of course, they go about picking fights with everyone else!

It seems like it is nearly impossible for some people to actually stick to the topic at hand; instead, they just drift off into whatever random nonsense pops into their heads—not that I am particularly surprised, mind you—because, frankly, I haven't seen many people in this group write anything remotely intelligent regarding actual health matters. Honestly, I find myself wondering why they even bother wasting their precious time here. 😉

Maybe try applying that logic to your own behavior first, and then perhaps we can all get a little peace and quiet.

Just thought I’d jump in here and add my two cents, staying on topic, 🙂
I totally agree—you absolutely need water for everything your body is trying to do. Especially if you’re using Herbalife. A few years back, a buddy of mine from work actually ended up in the ER because he started on Herbalife and nobody ever bothered to tell him that you MANDATORILY have to drink at least 2 to 2.5 liters of water with it.
If he’d just had a distributor as knowledgeable as James Newman4 to give him a heads-up, I’m pretty sure he wouldn't have ended up there. 😉

I mean, if you came here looking for zen, you definitely picked the wrong place; you’d probably find more tranquility in a retirement community in Florida 👋

The fact that you and people like you don't grasp how vital water is for the body—while simultaneously acting all high and mighty with your fancy "titles" and arguing against facts that any sane person can see—is honestly just your problem, not mine. 😉

Thanks for the positive vibes, seriously; it's become such a rare thing around here that even a normal statement starts sounding like a huge compliment... 😉

Anyway, going back to my original point, it doesn't really matter who's doing the talking, it's the actual message being sent that counts.. 😎

Thanks so much for the invite, but I think I'll pass.
Having that much intelligence and beauty concentrated in one single person would honestly be a bit much for me to handle!
I might just get dizzy!

Look, I’ve got a bit of a situation: I just can't get myself thirsty. I basically have to force water down my throat. I actually collapsed recently because of stress and all that, so now I'm trying to drink as much as possible just to avoid dehydrating... but the thirst just isn't there. Anyone got any advice for me? thanks

It honestly drives me crazy having to run to the bathroom every single hour just because I'm trying to hit my two-liter daily goal. Honestly, I’ve just started drinking less to avoid the hassle.
But then again, once summer hits, I'll find myself knocking back those full two liters a day.
