Hey, I think I'll just wait until my period wraps up before I head out. Even though it's pretty light thanks to those Dabronet pills, I'd rather just stay put for a bit,

Honestly, I don't know why I would even bother traveling all that way just to sit around waiting for my cycle to finish up. I simply didn't have the luxury of time for that kind of delay. 😁 It was honestly taking such a toll on my body and making me feel completely run down. Besides, when I spoke with the specialists at the Mayo Clinic, they assured me that by the third day, I should be perfectly fine—as long as I followed those specific instructions regarding the bladder pressure I mentioned earlier...

And then I'll just head out, honestly, because the main issue is that it burns whenever I go to the bathroom, and even when I'm not... you know,

Just try taking some ibuprofen to take the edge off; it might help you manage the discomfort until you can get your hands on some antibiotics.👍div>

The thing is, though, I already grabbed my little container for the homework. I’ll just grab some coffee in the morning and head out.

Does anyone happen to know how long it usually takes to get results back from a standard lab test when you're sent with a referral?

It lasts for a full month if there’s an expiration date printed at the bottom. If you don't see one, just assume it's good through the end of the year.

Well, my doctor regularly writes my referrals without any dates on them at all.
so I just head in for my check-ups whenever it's convenient for me, absolutely no rush...

Hello there.
I pulled my referral on February 28th...
I completely lost track of time regarding the appointment, and tomorrow is already March 28th. I wonder if the referral is still valid, or if I am going to have to go through the hassle of requesting a new one from my doctor...😢
Thanks.😳

Hello.😳

The referral is valid through March 28th. However, if your appointment is scheduled for later, you can simply have your primary care physician extend the same one.

But one has to wonder, is it even worth making the trip tomorrow?
In my estimation, I would still make the trek...

So, I was in the ER and they told me I need to head back this Monday for a follow-up.
Does anyone know if I actually need a referral from my primary care doctor, or can I just show up? 🤷😕

Just a heads-up, you’ll need to grab a referral for every follow-up appointment!

Could someone please explain the protocol for a health inspection? What exactly are they looking for? I’ll be working in the fast food industry...

you hand in a stool sample....then later, at least how it works here for internships, you see a doctor who asks if you've been sick lately, checks your hands for any major injuries....nothing else really...not sure how it is elsewhere, maybe some places are more intense.....

So, I need to get a health certificate for some side gig I'm picking up..
Since my main employer won't cover the cost—well, they say they will, but only under certain conditions I just can't commit to—I'm thinking about just paying for it myself..

I know the price usually floats around $30 or so, but I've heard there might be places where you can get it done cheaper?

Has anyone here actually gone through this recently, or does anyone know where I can grab one and what the damage might be?

thanks🙂

Does anyone here have experience with this, or at least know where one could go to get a septic system pulled out and what kind of rates we're looking at...

thanks🙂

I've never heard of anything like that happening...🤷
