Could you walk us through how you actually do it? 🙂

Feel free to just send me a private message if that's easier! 😉

That’s exactly what my old man used to tell me; drink as much red wine as possible! The problem is, I can't stand the stuff.
Side note: my dad isn't even an alcoholic!

Honestly, don't listen to him... personally, I absolutely love red wine, 😁 but my mom practically forced me into a coffee habit because of my low blood pressure... so now I'm hooked on caffeine, even though I don't even like the taste. 🙄

W. don't kenjaj 😉

It’s not even that bad, just pricey.😁

Take a little bit; it'll help your circulation. (The high-milligram stuff.)

A Ginkgo...?
Is it actually okay for us to drink this, or should we leave it strictly to our grandmothers...?

Just take some Advil—it helps with circulation. (The high-milligram kind...)

I used to pop Advil all the time, though I've cut back lately... I try not to overdo the pills, especially Advil since it really wreaks havoc on your stomach.

You don't need to join a gym to lift weights or do gymnastics. You don't even need to spend money; it's really just about staying active every day.

Regardless of age, everyone should be moving for 30 to 45 minutes a day. All you really need is consistent walking—just pick up the pace a little.
If it's raining or if the weather is too cold, that shouldn't be an excuse. You can always walk the stairs in your apartment building. That's standard advice from top cardiologists and medical specialists everywhere.

So, nobody has any excuses... no lack of time, no cold weather, no heat, nothing.

There's an old saying: use it or lose it, and that applies to seniors too. Nowadays, we don't assume older people just sit around all day; everyone needs to stay mobile.

My wife is 67 and deals with knee and back pain, but she has made it a point to walk for 35 to 40 minutes every single day for years, regardless of whether she was busy working in the garden or not.
Now, she goes at least three times a week for 30 minutes, or several times for 15 minutes, or just as far as she can manage.

Unless you are physically unable to move due to a disability, there's really no reason not to do it.

Maybe try taking some Ginkgo Biloba. I’ve heard everyone from my grandma to my younger cousins swear by it.
Give it a shot—you’ve got nothing to lose. 😉

A friend of my sister’s is heading to an autogenic training session, and apparently, they told her that people who constantly have ice-cold hands or feet are just overthinkers 😳 🙄

So what am I supposed to do now—just stop thinking? 😕 😁
It’s physically impossible... I basically have a movie projector running in my head 24/7 😁

I mean, seriously? It sounds like some pseudo-scientific nonsense to me, but I guess that's just how they explain it there. 😳 🙄

Now this is actually good! 👏

Solo cardio—running, power walking, swimming—it all does wonders for your health. But let’s be real: you actually have to stick to it. Pick something that fits your body and your temperament, otherwise, what's the point? Why bother if you're just going to quit in a week? It also helps if it doesn't require a massive gym membership or gear that costs more than a car payment. Just pick something accessible. Make it a habit, make it part of your life. It's good for your physique, sure, but the actual health benefits are what matter. 👍

😁 True enough.
A buddy of mine—last winter, it was freezing before we started drinking—ended up passing out on the pavement after we finished, and apparently, he wasn't even cold. 😁

You need an IPA beer. 😁

A buddy of mine was out with me last winter—it was freezing, absolutely brutal—before we went to grab some drinks. Well, after we had ourselves a few too many and were heading back, he actually just collapsed onto the asphalt. He didn't even feel the cold. I guess he was just too far gone. 😁

You really have to try an IPA beer 😁

Anything except white wine or basic lager. 👍

Great, I don't drink wine anyway, but I'm constantly sipping on seltzer...😁
And why exactly is that considered bad? 😁
What am I supposed to switch to instead of hard seltzers? That stuff is way too expensive... 🙄

Like this 😁
And besides—my stomach is already pretty sensitive as it is... I can't exactly wreck it any further than it already is.

A anyway, I have a pretty weak stomach to begin with, so I can't really wreck it that much.

Just drink some bitters 😁 cheap and (supposedly) good for your stomach

Don't overthink it.😁

Any drink will do the trick to warm you up, whether you take it fast or slow... you'll end up feeling the heat regardless.😁
