Yeah, I play paintball.

Check out www.painthr.com. They host the go-to forum that basically everyone in the American paintball community frequents. You'll definitely find someone there who can point you toward a local club near you.

Hey everyone, I’m currently playing in the 2 Land League, which is basically the American-Canadian circuit, and I have to say, it’s much more engaging than the 3-man league. (Just for those wondering, 2 Land consists of 5v5 matches on a speedball field).

Kimberly Robinson6, just so you know, those aren't actually pistols—they're markers. If you're looking to get one, I guess your best bet would be to order through someone who is already active in the scene. It might be a good idea to ask an experienced player for some advice so you don't end up throwing your money away. Personally, I’d suggest starting with something cheaper and purely mechanical, maybe something like a basic Spyder or Orion model. That should probably be enough if you're a total beginner.

I mean, why bother buying his own marker right now? You can rent some seriously decent gear these days—like that local paintball rental service over at the park that carries those Tippmann Customs. It’s actually a much better way to get the hang of things, whether you're playing regular speedball or just messing around with rec-ball.

Personally, I've been itching to get back out there for some casual games. If anyone is looking for an experienced player to join their squad... feel free to hit me up.

Look, guys, you can make a paintball session last as long as you want—it’s entirely up to the players.

Those super quick 2-minute rounds? That’s usually tournament style—professional paintball. It’s actually crazy how common that is on the pro circuit worldwide!

What we do out here in the woods is more recreational, but don't get it twisted—my club still sets up plenty of obstacles for you (even if they're wooden structures instead of a formal cage). You can play against the clock or jump into specific scenarios we have ready!
