Man, someone didn't waste any time jumping straight into a thread about Canada 😁

Let's just run it back and look at what happened in Germany again 🙏🙏

didn't catch the race, but honestly, anything is better than listening to his usual nonsense 🙂

but man, I've got respect for Mark Webber...

I'm rooting for him; he just goes after everyone in that classic McLaren way...

we all try to be decent people, but he just screws them over whenever he gets the chance....

if I actually have to pick a side in the championship, I'm going with him....

because the guy’s got guts and he actually drives....
I've always had a soft spot for those underdog drivers who take down the pampered golden boys and the little princesses....

it was pretty satisfying watching Massa pull ahead of Alonso today when they passed that lagging car....

but hey, fate usually wins out in the end 🙄

I don't get why everyone is losing their minds. It’s common sense: if Alonso is the only guy at Ferrari actually in the hunt for the title, you prioritize him. Team orders are really only off-limits because of that mess back in 😁 in Austria back in 2002 when the fans felt ripped off—and even then, the points gap wasn't nearly this huge. What was the move here? Let Massa just cruise to a win? Or should they have just crashed into each other? And for whoever was whining about what McLaren did... so what? It doesn't change anything. I still expect Hamilton to take the championship, but all this outrage is just ridiculous.

P.S. Vettel showed exactly how shaky he is right at the start with that stupid shove. That’s not how you win races, and the footage proves it.

Michael Lee4 said:Finally caught the start... Fetl totally screwed Button over by slowing down way too much, forcing him to go wide left and lose two spots. Such a shame, man. A huge waste of potential there.

I honestly thought Button would be in a total wreck of a McLaren alongside Hamilton, but yeah, he's nowhere near that level right now...🙏

this whole Formula 1 format is just killing the sport
you see a great little scrap between Lewis and Ricciardo and you think, "hey, this is what I want more of," but then you realize they’re just going to cruise through the next 40 laps without even breathing down each other's necks

The logic holds up, but you can't execute it like that—it's disrespectful to the fans, the sponsors, and the competition alike. If you absolutely have to make a tactical swap, do it with a bit more subtlety; show at least a modicum of respect for F1 as a sport.

I agree; Button has definitely been my biggest surprise of the year so far.👍 (after being such a nuisance last year...)
I agree with Mark Webber on this one; I really like his perspective. 👍

Not to be blunt, but Vettel just isn't cut out to be a champion yet....
I know the locals here are gonna come for me, but man to man, what has he actually done smart this season?...

They've got a car that could make you fall on your backside, yet he ends up slamming into Mark Webber entirely because of his own fault. Back in Australia, I recall he had a similar mess with Kubica....

He’s still miles away from being a champ, just totally immature....

Sure, he's fast, but he constantly falls apart when things get critical....

I'm rooting for Mark Webber to win.... honestly, right now Vettel reminds me of Massa during that season he was driving alongside Alonso.... back when Kimi won🙏

What a joke.

If you're actually faster, just overtake him, Fernando. 🙄

That’s a pretty weak analogy.

McLaren is like a girl you have to chase just to get a look, except she’ll probably let five other guys take a shot right after you 😛 whereas Ferrari is just an outright flirt who doesn't even bother pretending to be decent 😁

In the end, they're both trouble, but at least with the Ferrari situation, you know exactly what you're getting into. 👍

Look, realistically—what difference does it make if they cut past the pits or do some "dramatic" move on the track when we all know it was pre-arranged anyway? Look at Brazil back in '07, Kimi cut past Massa through the pits to take the title. If he hadn't, what then? He would've just stayed behind him and lost the championship just to be "fair" to the fans and sponsors?

I don't see anything immoral here. Like "Baby" said, this is a team sport. Otherwise, just give every driver their own car and let them go at it.

Honestly, let Lando relax... it’s really just a matter of when that kid finally snaps under the pressure and flies right off the track ☕

Look, last season wasn't exactly irritating, but it wasn't anything to write home about either. Now? It’s actually pretty cool.

I’m with Mark Webber on this one. He’s got a point. 🙂
