It was just about an initial in the actual nickname, I guess.
And as for that change you made, honestly, Daniel Perez6 looks way better than Urbana with a period, at least if you ask me.🙂

Well, there is an Urban, but it’s not exactly buzzing with activity, so I don't think anyone would get confused. Honestly, I just want to change my handle because this weird mix of uppercase and lowercase letters is driving me crazy, plus I had to add a number when I signed up. I know the rule about periods, but clearly, there are exceptions.

Spectre doesn't need to justify anything here because I’ve already given the green light on my end. Honestly, I told them that if we're just talking about an initial being different, then it's a total pass—especially if that’s the only thing separating the requested nickname from someone else who's already on the roster. 🙂

It seems like everyone on here is obsessed with hunting down extra points; I've even seen folks trying to turn most of their username into initials just to score. 😁 Trust me, nobody was trying to pull a fast one on anyone, but we’ll definitely sit down and chat about updating the official rules to make things clearer.

Anyway, we've gone totally off-topic now. 🙂

So, there’s been some tweaks made to the rules regarding nickname changes, so if you're looking to swap yours out, you really ought to go over the first post in this thread before doing anything else...

The big thing you need to know—and I mean this part is actually pretty important—is that once we give you the green light for a change, when you reach out to rustydrifter10 via DM, you absolutely have to include the direct link to the specific post where the change was approved.
*you can find that link in the bottom right corner of any post, just click on the post number itself
