Wait, does that one comment there earn you a warning for trolling? Did you start the whole "whining, blah blah" bit yourself? Are you implying I'm full of crap? If I talked like that, I'd get a strike instantly. Do you see that you have no idea what you're talking about?
Nobody gives a damn about whatever benefits you guys have. 🤷

Anyway, I'm done arguing with digital avatars. Bye! 😘

Wow, someone’s feeling spicy today... 🤣

And once again, I’m standing with redmarlin3. Come on, people—give me some actual evidence. Links, screenshots, anything. Prove that this specific moderator is some two-faced piece of trash who harasses everyone just for the sake of it. So far, I haven't seen a single shred of proof. Not here, and not in any of the other million "Mommy, the moderator is picking on me" threads I've seen. ☕

Give me two that aren't like that. 🍿

Just so we're clear, a "constructive post" doesn't automatically mean it has to be long, exhaustive, or polite... if you didn't know that already.

Let's do this then. You go find me some posts by Smart_bitch on this subforum, and I will sit here and explain to you, step by step, exactly what makes every single one of them "constructive"... since you clearly lack the capacity to figure that out on your own. 😉

Deal. Get started...

And while you're at it, explain this one too:

Why didn't it get 500 points?

http://www.forum.com/showpost.php?p=19135326&postcount=175 Why did she get a warning for insults? Why was my mother brought into it?

I don't even know where to start with this... It’s just heavy. Honestly, it's hard to wrap your head around when you see it happening right in front of you. You think you understand how much weight a person can carry, how much pressure they can take before they just... snap. But then reality hits you, and it's not like the movies. It's quiet, it's messy, and it leaves this massive, hollow void in its wake. It makes you wonder about everything—how we treat each other, the stuff we ignore because it's "too uncomfortable" to talk about. We spend so much time scrolling through nonsense or arguing over trivial things on some internet forum, while people are out there struggling just to find a reason to get out of bed. It's grim. It really is... says:
I honestly don't see why everyone is making such a massive deal out of this. People love to jump on the bandwagon and start shouting about "justice" or whatever the buzzword of the week is, but if you actually take a second to look at the facts instead of just reacting emotionally, the whole thing falls apart... It’s almost funny how predictable people can be when they want to feel righteous. And then you have certain users—looking at you, Alexander Brown5—who seem to think their opinion carries more weight just because they're loud about it. It doesn't work like that. You can scream into the void all you want, but it won't change the reality of the situation. It’s just noise. Pure, unadulterated noise... Anyway, I was thinking about this while driving through Chicago yesterday, and it struck me how much of our public discourse is just people performing for an audience rather than actually discussing anything of substance. We've become a nation of performers. If we could just stop the theatrics for five minutes, maybe we'd actually get somewhere... but I won't hold my breath.

Alright, let's get this show on the road... I'm ready when you are.

One of the forum users was complaining that nobody bothered to suggest she seek out some professional help regarding the Astrice...
Smart_bitch shut that down completely, backing up her point with a direct quote...
I honestly don't see how anything could be more constructive than this... 🍿

I don't even know where to start with this... it’s just heavy. It’s one of those things that sits in the back of your mind, weighing everything down, making it hard to see the point of any of it. Honestly, it's a dark place to be... says:
Well, go ahead then... explain this one to me too.
I honestly don't see why everyone is getting so worked up about this. It feels like we're all just shouting into a void at this point. You look at the way things are being run lately, and it’s almost laughable how little anyone actually cares about the substance of the debate. It's all noise... just constant, mindless noise. I was reading some stuff earlier—nothing major, just some commentary on how institutions in the States tend to spiral when they lose focus—and it hit me that we're doing the exact same thing here. We get caught up in the personalities instead of the actual issues. It's exhausting. Anyway, I saw what Alexander Brown5 was saying earlier, and frankly, I think he's missing the forest for the trees. He's so focused on one tiny detail that he's completely ignoring the massive structural problem right in front of us. It's the same pattern we see every single time... people latch onto a grievance and refuse to let go, even when it stops making sense. Does anyone else feel like we're just spinning our wheels? Or am I just being cynical today... maybe a little. But someone has to say it.

Why on earth isn't it 500 points?...

This is straight-up insulting. The absolute most Sash said was calling people a "useless bunch" and overusing the word "crap"...
It’s honestly insulting... you get like 500 points just for dropping vile insults like "faggot," "scumbag," or "moron." It’s all just bottom-of-the-barrel garbage and profanity aimed at anyone they disagree with... it's pathetic.

Look, I’m telling you, they aren't bringing your mother or anyone else into this. It's just a standard damn curse word, for crying out loud... 😁 Go ahead, report me just because I told you to go screw yourself... 😁
What was she supposed to do with a massive pile of chatters? Just go, "Hey guys, if you wouldn't mind being a little less chatty"? As if anyone would actually notice her or bother to listen... yeah, right... 😁

Was she spotted like that? Yeah. Did the warning actually go off? As far as I can recall, it did. Like I said... you really couldn't ask for anything more constructive than that... 😁

No, no, you're the one who claimed that every single person on this sub before they became a Moderator had a mountain of constructive posts. You just threw that out there without any proof. I wasn't asking for a mountain, though. I just asked for two. So, tiny, where are they? 🙂

Honestly, I’m curious too. Herp, are you actually engaging with these trolls because you think it’s funny, or is there just a serious lack of common sense happening here? 😁

In my humble opinion, you’re just getting the impression that they’re stupid trolls. 🤷 See? I've covered all the bases for you. 😛

I got a ten-day ban from Bellwether just for making a snarky comment about eloquence and being a smart-aleck. So how does this guy walk away without any consequences? 🤣

How can you even spout such nonsense? Honestly, the worst part is knowing that Sash himself would probably hand out a permanent ban to someone else for saying the exact same thing, and he wouldn't even think twice about it.

Got a question for you guys (looks like it might’ve been asked already, but I haven't scrolled through all the replies yet). I've been following this whole "debate" surrounding Astrica lately, and I was also checking out the threads over on Reddit... what I really want to know is, is that kind of talk actually allowed here? Like, is it okay to call people sociopaths and tell them they need to go to therapy? As far as I knew, that stuff usually gets flagged. Just to be clear, though—I'm not taking sides. I'm definitely not defending Astrica; I've read her posts a few times and she comes off as a total troll, pretty aggressive too. She has this weirdly hostile vibe toward other users (well, based on the forum, obviously, since we haven't met in person). On the flip side, I'm not defending the people calling her every name in the book either, even if she probably deserves it. I just don't think this forum—especially the biggest community in the US—is the place for that kind of stuff...

edit: mods, don't come for me. I'm not here to troll 🙂

Well, it still gets punished. Everyone except the mods, anyway. They basically just went after her because she lost it after being treated poorly. Honestly, she has every right to be hysterical. But the moderators? They don't have the right to act like that. They're the ones making up the rules, yet they won't even follow them themselves.

How can Zg Sash be a moderator after that one post where they insulted every living soul and got slapped with a 45-point penalty? If I did that, I'd be hit with a 500-point penalty instantly. 😕 That basically means whoever is allowing this—the admins—are doing a lousy job.

And how is Bellwether even an admin when she hasn't even been registered for a full year? She doesn't know how this forum functions, she has never once made a constructive post, and she just makes up her own rules on the fly to suit her mood.

It was the exact same deal with Cats. That woman had a million posts in the MK chat thread, and not a single one of them was sane or helpful.

Trust me, the rest of the mods are just as bad. They only promote people because they've been hanging around a specific subreddit for a long time without major violations, rather than looking at whether they spend all their time in the chats saying absolutely nothing intelligent.🤷

I'm blind, yeah. 😁.
If I’m going to take someone to task, I’m doing it directly and with substance. I don't have any interest in playing games where people hunt through third-party comments just to find out what someone else said about a target. Fuck that.

You don't have to be an astronaut.Dammit."Getting a feel for how the forum breathes." That phrase is massively overrated. In my opinion, Bell is concrete and efficient. Based on your logic, I suppose you think people should spend a couple of years just getting to know the members before they're allowed to share any actual truth. 🤔Nice. 👍

Post count is nothing more than a metric for how much free time someone has, not an indicator of writing quality. That’s my favorite part—when someone tries to latch onto that pathetic "argument." 😂 I’ve been lurking on this forum forever, and honestly, I can’t tell you how many posts there are where the only possible response is just a single emoji. 🙏 Same here.

Ha! Now you've gone and done it. 😂 Look, I know myself. I only jumped into a chat thread for the first time a few days ago on PZ. Honestly, I don't have the patience to keep posting random, disconnected comments. So what am I supposed to do? 🤷
Second point: my PDF was generated a month ago—how on earth did I manage to stay active there for that long? 🤔 I don't agree with you regarding the violations either. I am expressing an opinion just like anyone else. 🤣 They’re scrubbing my posts just like they do everyone else's. 🤷

isuse, how are you all doing 🙄

to everyone here, hey, how's it going.

all the moderators on this forum are terrible. especially the ones appointed in the last year, ever since the site started being run by someone who became an admin ten minutes after signing up.

all the regular users are great and would be a trillion times better moderators than any of the current staff.
