Is Pfizer a reliable fix for low libido?

Hey mods—can we please keep this thread out of the general lounge? It’s a serious topic.
After digging through everything trying to find some kind of female Viagra... turns out Pfizer is actually the real deal. Just wondering if I can pick some up here in the States.

In my opinion, infertility isn't strictly a gynecological issue; I’d argue it’s more of a mental health concern.

Wait, has nobody heard about this yet? Or does anyone actually have something to say regarding the whole infertility issue?
