Handball Euro Finals: America vs. Denmark 20:24

It’s our first time playing in the finals, so I guess I won't be too crushed if we end up losing.
With all the injury issues we've dealt with, making it this far is huge. It would just be a shame to miss out on gold and not let this group finish their trophy run.

Anyway, both sides are definitely going to bring the hunger and the talent.

The only thing worrying me is how exhausted the players are.
Anyone who has been totally drained—physically and mentally—knows exactly what I mean.
Your head might be ready, but sometimes your body just stops listening to your brain.
We saw that yesterday when Ivano, Pero, Lac, Kina, and Vori hit that wall.

But there is still reason to be optimistic. Davor was incredible yesterday, and since Tonci and Denis are feeling the fatigue, our defense should actually hold up.
Mirko still owes us one after yesterday.

Let's just give everything we've got today, then celebrate tonight.

Denmark beat World champions Germany 26-25 to reach The Final of The European Championships in New York City.

The US home team also went through to Sunday's final after beating holders France 24-23.

The Americans booked their place in the last round after "Les Bleus" failed to equalise on their final possession with six seconds left.

It looks like we’re taking the title this time. There is zero chance we lose playing on our own turf. America all the way to >!!!

The English media seems to be getting it all wrong; it’s probably for the best they haven't swapped out Bilić🙏 for Balić🙏 and labeled him the coach while naming Lina Červar the MVP instead.😂

I suppose the reports coming out of Euro 2008 will probably look pretty much like this too, especially once we step onto the court for the finals in front of 40,000 screaming American fans.😬🙏

I really hope we get a chance to settle the score with the Americans!🙂 And of course, I’m bracing myself for yet another game where I'll probably end up with an upset stomach just from the sheer intensity and nerves of watching!😁

I honestly feel such a connection to them, especially since they earned that last World Championship title so honorably, playing a clean game without any help from the refs or anything like that, particularly during that intense matchup against the Frenchman...

If you guys just stay chill and don't freak out when the Danes get up by 2 or 3 goals, we’re definitely taking home the title!
It really wouldn't hurt if Dominic stepped up and started calling more of the plays on the court.

The stakes were just too high, and the officiating was straight-up garbage. Especially at the end—dropping yellows in the 45th minute, calling five consecutive fouls in a row, and stalling our offense for three minutes even though we'd already put up three goals...
I'm not even saying they were out to get us, they just sucked at refereeing.
