You can throw just about anything into a mix... the recipes are easy enough...
There's even pizza.
But if we're talking food and drinks, I’d kill for some marijuana - ban drug flavored bourbon.
Now *that* would be the real deal.

Regarding marijuana - ban drug, you can find it pretty much anywhere, and people smoke it right in front of schools all the time. It’s actually quite a bit more harmful than tobacco, mostly because people tend to smoke it without filters, making the smoke much harsher. However, since most people aren't smoking it every single day, it ends up being less damaging overall... It's true that frequent users get a bit foggy. I have a friend who started back in 5th or 6th grade; he's a sophomore in high school now, and he's a little out of it (if you can even call it that), but he only smokes once every couple of weeks or so in a month—MARIJUANA ISN'T DANGEROUS

But look, if you take, say, the same amount of marijuana and tobacco and smoke them both (obviously), then marijuana is actually less dangerous. It’s only when you start using massive quantities of weed that it becomes more hazardous than tobacco.

I have done it before, and honestly, I might just find myself doing it again sometime down the road... 🙂

tanja says otherwise

As far as I know, it doesn't cause a physical addiction, just a psychological one. Honestly, this forum causes a psychological addiction too. 😁

But what actually causes addiction? If someone has real character, nothing is going to force them to go out and try something more intense or stronger.

Look, kid, I get it—marijuana is all well and good, but you’ve taken things a little too far on that front. Here’s some unsolicited advice: I’m pretty sure you aren't going to jump straight to harder stuff, but weed isn't exactly harmless either. It dulls your edge over time, messes with your focus, and can even trigger certain mental health issues down the road if you aren't careful. Don't overdo it.🙂

I was watching this TV program the other day discussing the pros and cons of marijuana - ban drug. There was a doctor on there talking about how he gave it to his son, who was battling leukemia, just to help manage the pain. Apparently, after having a joint, the kid actually regained his appetite—he finally lost that constant feeling of nausea from the chemo, which meant he could actually eat enough to help his liver recover, and we all know the liver is usually the first thing to take a hit during chemotherapy. Beyond that, it’s supposedly quite effective as a therapeutic tool for pain management.

You're right, Kimberly Moore90. That’s basically my whole philosophy on this forum.
But seriously, don't go telling someone battling a massive, debilitating illness to just go smoke marijuana.
There are people out there who would honestly rather endure the pain than even touch the stuff. It’s pretty damn sad when you think about it.

I mean, I’ve "tried" it enough times to know when to walk away, but my buddies have been smoking every single day for like a year now—back in the day, they were just weekend warriors, you know? And people are telling me that isn't an addiction????? Honestly, I think weed is for kids; real men stick to the hard stuff!

Man, I think your take is probably the dumbest thing I've heard lately! They smoke because it fits their vibe, not necessarily because they're addicts. And those "tough guys" who run from their problems and can't show actual courage? They're the ones hitting the harder stuff!

Anyway, the thing with weed is that when you're young, you just blast yourself into oblivion because looking wasted is "cool"—kind of like how it works with alcohol, I guess. I know aaaay lot of different people, all kinds of walks of life and ages, who smoke. We're talking everyone from blue-collar workers to businessmen, CEOs, even DOCTORS etc. Once you hit a certain age, weed takes on a totally different meaning than it did back in your teens. At least 70% of the people I know smoke, and we're talking grown men and women with solid lives, families, kids... the whole nine yards.

Someone mentioned earlier that weed messes with people who have mental health issues. Also totally wrong! It's well known that The Coca-Cola Company—wait, no, scratch that—it's well known that THC has antidepressant and calming effects. Look at people with PTSD. Those folks on various prescriptions basically live like zombies, unable to miss even a single pill, whereas people who smoke weed usually function perfectly fine in society.

You can smoke it every day, sure, but not like 10-15 joints a day—just one, easy going 🙂 ...

And as for those people who had paranoia attacks while smoking? That’s mostly a head game. It also depends on who they were with the first time, what kind of crowd they were in, their mindset, what they actually knew about it beforehand, etc.

Basically, you wouldn't believe how many people around you are actually smoking weed! 👍

Yeah, I mean... honestly, you can even go blind from excessive solo play if things get weird enough 🙄

If you haven't yet, maybe check out that book "marijuana - ban drug"—it was actually written by doctors, so it's legit.

Well, duh, of course he’s spacey if he started back in 5th grade! There's no debate here—it definitely messes with kids while they're still developing.

But look, I'll say it again: I know plenty of "serious" people holding down big-shot jobs who smoke weed regularly, and honestly? None of them are confused or slowed down at all...

....... then again, some people are just naturally dim-witted...

Lisa Rodriguez84 said:It's the truth, Kimberly Moore90. It’s literally what I suggested right here on this page.
But go ahead, try giving advice to someone dealing with a truly devastating illness and tell them to just smoke marijuana.
There are people out there who would honestly rather endure pure agony than touch a weed. It’s deeply depressing.

I mean, I’d probably use it to treat a common cold...😁 But whatever, I've got good health, so it doesn't matter..

Marijuana is just a part of nature. God created nature, and He created us too... we're built from the same stuff. I don't know what else to say.🙂
I honestly think the intention behind using weed is what matters most. Your mindset can, I guess, mess with your subconscious and actually manifest things in the physical world. If you go into it thinking it's going to hurt you, then maybe it will. But if you're just doing it to have a good time, there isn't really a heavy goal involved. It's kind of like how ancient shamans used different herbs for their rituals; they had a specific purpose in mind, so it didn't seem to do them any harm. In fact, they were highly respected leaders in their tribes.🍿

I was smoking for about seven years... I really messed things up because I started way too young, so it definitely had an impact on my brain development and intelligence 😬 but once I quit, everything pretty much went back to normal. Since I started so early—and honestly, just following the crowd back then—it led me down a path toward other drugs, too. That lasted a few years, but that's over now...

For or against? Definitely for. But specifically for people over 18 who actually know how to handle themselves with moderation. Just like anything else in life, you need to use your head and stay rational 😎

There’s a lot of nonsense being said in this thread, just like whenever people start talking about marijuana. I used to smoke back in the day myself.
Nobody is going to drop dead from lighting up a joint, but let's not kid ourselves—it isn't harmless.
It's also true that using marijuana doesn't automatically mean someone will end up on heroin, but the reality is there's a higher risk than for someone who has never touched the stuff.
Regarding mental health, I've seen plenty of cases—mostly paranoia and certain types of anxiety—that were triggered by marijuana. Usually, there was already a predisposition there, but the weed definitely set it off.
If someone chooses to smoke, that's their business. But if they're doing it every single day? In my book, that's no different from someone hitting the bottle every day. 👎

Everything should be done in moderation, though that really just comes down to the individual..
If someone is "level-headed" and knows how to keep things under control, then lighting up once in a while isn't a big deal. But if they're doing it every single day? That's where you run into trouble...
You just can't paint everyone with the same brush...
