How do I upload images and videos to the forum?

That isn't an image. It's just a link to a Wikipedia page. You posted this:

You need to put that inside the IMG tags. Honestly, I wouldn't even bother because the image is way too wide. If you post it, you'll probably end up getting a warning for posting oversized images.

Got a question—this first image (not even the thumbnail) is 700x452, about 75.5KB. Is that okay per the forum rule of establishment, or is it too big?

OK, I get it now. I shrunk the file down in Microsoft Office Picture Manager. Now I just gotta figure out how to stop it from showing up in the thumbnail. 😁

I’m having zero luck getting an image to actually upload to my post. Anyone know what's going on?
I managed to get one through, I think, but instead of seeing the actual photo, I just got this broken image icon sitting there staring at me.
