I was just wondering what kind of fallout we're going to see from that article that hit the New York Post today.
Is it actually going to spark anything or change the status quo...

Gary Jones10, considering he’s a fertility specialist, I genuinely hope you won't end up needing him. 🙂 His patients tend to be quite fond of him, mostly because he works from dawn till dusk and maintains a massive practice where he knows every single detail about everyone under his care. That said, he can be incredibly rude and has a bit of an ego.

I can't stand people who use "high stress" or "heavy workload" as an excuse for being abusive. As far as I know, plenty of people have high-pressure jobs without treating their colleagues like garbage.

I don't particularly care to speculate on the specific life circumstances that shaped Dr. J.'s personality 😁, nor am I attempting to defend him, because his actions were certainly not beyond reproach. To me, all I see in that particular situation is an individual who was simply being rude, nothing more and nothing less. The reason I mentioned that he is a top-tier, deeply dedicated physician with a massive roster of female patients was only because you suggested you might try to avoid him—but people don't actually avoid him; 😁 in fact, they seek him out. He isn't the only specialist handling this particular issue, either.

I work as a server at a restaurant, and if I ever told a customer "I don't give a damn" when they asked how much longer their food would be, I could pack my bags and walk out right then and there. I honestly don't see why any other standard would apply to a doctor. So many people have incredibly high-stress jobs, and while I’m totally free to have my own opinion on where to draw the line, I would never take it out on the customers. I handle things differently, and if things become truly unbearable, I seek professional help—which is exactly what that doctor should be doing too...

So, let me get this straight... your main criteria for picking a specialist is just whether they're polite, sweet, and nice?

Well, why don't you just go see Santa Claus for your checkup then?!😕
