LOL... once your boss catches a glimpse of your backside, you can kiss that promotion goodbye! XD

Anyway, I promised I would share how a friend of mine finally dealt with her hemorrhoid issues.

Basically, she boosted her intake of dietary fiber and overhauled her diet, all while using a high-potency Aloe Vera concentrate.
She mentioned putting a few drops on a cotton ball and applying it topically to the affected areas (you all know better than I do exactly where that needs to go).
She also dropped a couple of drops into a glass of water and drank it before meals.

Just a heads up: please don't private message me about this because my inbox is already overflowing... you won't find this Aloe Vera at your local grocery store.

I went through absolute hell dealing with internal hemorrhoids, but thank God, Pilex finally sorted me out.
I’ve got one box left (14 tablets) and if anyone’s interested, I’m selling it for $133 (standard pharmacy price is $200).

Any news claiming someone "cured their hemorrhoids" is straight-up science fiction! If we're talking about tiny, early-stage issues—I don't know—maybe. But once they get serious? There’s no magic pill besides the surgeon's knife. It just doesn't make sense: how could any medication target one single "crazy" capillary so precisely?? Besides, medicine is hit or miss; it might work for one person and be totally useless for another. For me, Pilex did absolutely nothing—it was basically like swallowing flour!!

Hey everyone,

Just got back from the specialist... Here's the verdict: an anal fissure along with a tiny little 1 cm "sentinel" polyp located at, as the report puts it, 6 o'clock (military time😉). As if that wasn't enough, I've also got internal hemorrhoids. They aren't an issue right now and don't need surgery yet, but we have to address them eventually to avoid trouble down the road. I'm only 25.
The doctor recommended using some D-panthenol ointment, taking Fytolax to keep things soft, and doing chamomile sitz baths. Apparently, everything should be healed up in about two weeks. Then I go back for a follow-up, and we'll deal with the internal stuff.

I've actually been treating this lesion—which they're calling a fissure now—with Bepanthen, but nothing seems to work. Between the Colace, I was having a bowel movement every single day, so there just wasn't any time for it to heal.

So, I wanted to ask for your thoughts on this treatment plan. Is this the standard approach, or is there any alternative to what I've been prescribed?

Thanks for any info you can share.

Here’s my take on this...
I can tell you for certain that those issues were caused by poor habits.
If you change those habits, they will disappear within that same timeframe. Trust me on this.

Just as a small heads-up, it might be safer to send phone numbers via private message rather than posting them publicly on the forum, just to be cautious.
I was wondering, is this distributor based in New York? I'm quite far from the East Coast. 😢

That's a complete lie.😲

If you’d just put in a little effort and read through this thread from the very beginning, you’ll find everything you're looking for—including how doctors handle it and what the alternatives actually are.
There’s a bit of sci-fi floating around in here now and then, but honestly, my goodness...😉

Hi everyone! It’s been quite a while since I last checked in, but I finally had some much-needed downtime to focus on my own wellness and get started on those Detralex tablets... Honestly, they have made such a massive difference and I am finally starting to feel like myself again!!! My doctor recommended sticking with them for the next six months to really see the full benefits, so that is the plan, and I am crossing my fingers that everything stays on this positive track. John Parker5, please don't lose heart—it’s definitely not all bad news!👍

I'm planning to stick with them for the next 6 months, just like my doctor ordered, so hopefully everything stays on track. 👍Chance, don't lose hope!

Hey! I haven't been around for a while either, but I gotta say, after struggling with this for six long years, I'm finally feeling some real relief too... I'm on the Detralex therapy as well, and I've been pairing it with a herbal gel cream to strengthen my vein walls. It's a killer combo.👍Just please tell me, once you finish that first box (assuming you followed the prescribed hemorrhoid treatment mentioned), how many of those pills are you taking per day?

I'm currently on a regimen of Detralex, and I also use a herbal gel cream to help strengthen my vein walls... it really is a winning combination👍Could you please just let me know, once you've finished that first box you took (I assume you followed the prescribed treatment plan for hemorrhoids mentioned earlier), how you continue with the tablets? Like, how many do you take per day?

Oh, my lovely sunshine,😍I am just so incredibly happy to hear you're feeling better! Right now, I'm taking one little pill twice a day. So, just once in the morning and once in the evening. And I've been applying some St. John's Wort oil too😁.

So basically, I just went ahead and prescribed myself this therapy. I mean, I heard people talking about taking it this way, but I wasn't 100% sure... anyway, I just got home from work tonight feeling totally upbeat and pain-free😁... I honestly can't even describe how stoked I am😁😁😁😍... I really hope it stays like this. I know it won't just vanish forever, but whatever, this feels amazing!👍

I felt compelled to speak up because I dealt with some truly nasty hemorrhoid issues. Even at just 23 years old, I was constantly running to the doctor, overhaulng my diet, changing my entire lifestyle—everything. Nothing worked. It was already too late...

The hemorrhoid eventually turned into an external fistula, which required surgery. I had the procedure three weeks ago. THANK GOD!!😁

First off, I’ve read all those horror stories online claiming the pain is unbearable or whatever else people claim... IT IS NOT TRUE. Honestly, I regret not making the decision to get it fixed sooner...

The process went roughly like this: you show up at the hospital emergency department for outpatient treatment in the morning. You don't need to bring anything with you, except maybe a companion..😁
Once they call your name, you head into the operating room, pull your pants down to your knees—you don't even have to take off your sneakers—and just lie down. They sedate you properly, perform the procedure, and within 15 minutes, you're waking up from general anesthesia. They tell you once your head clears a bit, you can sit up and head home with a box of antibiotics.

I know this might sound intense or scary to some, but it was honestly the best thing that could have happened to me. I’m still recovering and the wound hasn't fully healed yet, but the pain is negligible. In fact, it's practically non-existent compared to what I was dealing with before the surgery.

Immediately after the operation, once I woke up and sat up... there was no pain. And just to be clear, this wasn't some fancy laser surgery; it was a standard procedure done with a scalpel...

So... I would recommend this to anyone. It isn't worth suffering through the pain when you can resolve it this way. If I hadn't gone through with it, I'd just be stuck going back for more procedures every single time to get it extracted.😁

Good luck to everyone dealing with these issues. Just stay brave... it really isn't as bad as they say.👍

Hey everyone... look... I've been reading through previous posts, but I haven't really found anything similar to my situation...
.. About a month or two ago, I noticed some blood on the toilet paper and small amounts in my stool... it was bright red blood while I was using the restroom, and then for about half an hour afterward, there's this burning pain... It stings a little during the day too, but nothing compared to how it feels when I'm actually on the toilet... I checked myself with a mirror and didn't see any lumps or growths... just some blood that seems to be leaking out... Could this be internal hemorrhoids or...? To make matters worse, I've started having some vaginal discharge, and when it leaks down toward my anus, it starts stinging... even though I shower every single day. I hate this discharge because the amount is increasing... I haven't seen a gynecologist yet, though I clearly should... 😢
(By the way, I don't engage in anal play, so we can rule that out)
I don't know what to do... I'm pretty young... only 17, and I don't think most people deal with this at such a young age... or at least not as young as me... Ugh... and I haven't told anyone else yet... I don't know if I have reason to panic or if I should just wait for it to pass...
Help... please help...

Help... guys, please help me...

What kind of help are you even looking for here?? Do you want a few random people from this forum to grab you by the arms and legs and RUSH you to the doctor?? You're so young and playing games like this just isn't right. Seriously, pull together whatever tiny bit of courage you have left and go see a doctor within the next 48 hours. If you have any maternal instincts at all, you should realize how vital a gynecologist is to your life!! Who else is going to guide you for the next eight months—some local witch doctor?? If you let things get out of control, you'll be left regretting it later. So, listen: don't zone out... and don't forget your insurance card!

I have no clue if it’s actually smart to just go ahead and prescribe myself Detralex. 🤷 When I brought it up with my doctor, his response was basically "not even in your wildest dreams." He told me to fix my diet, cut out the booze, and all that stuff, but absolutely no Detralex. Honestly, eating two apples in the evening works wonders for me—it keeps things moving smoothly by morning. Plus, I don't touch alcohol nearly as much as I used to. Maybe two beers every couple of weeks, and I've dialed back on the greasy food too. A little red wine is fine, though. With this routine, I only end up having issues every three or four months when I accidentally let my guard down, but otherwise, everything is totally fine. Usually, an internal vein just pops and I bleed a bit, but it's over quick because I picked up those FDAKTU suppositories from Germany. They clear things up in a day or two and work way better than the local stuff we have here. When I tried using this local FAKTU, I practically screamed because of the stinging, whereas with the German ones, I don't even feel a thing.

Has anyone here actually tried those handmade propolis lozenges based on Simon Ash’s recipe?
He claims they completely cured him!

Aaron Gonzalez6 said:I’m really not sure how wise it is to just go ahead and self-prescribe Detralex...🤷 When I brought it up with my doctor, his response was basically that it was madness. He told me to overhaul my diet, cut out alcohol entirely, and stuff like that, but absolutely no Detralex. Honestly, eating two apples every evening works wonders for me; it keeps everything moving smoothly by morning. And I don't drink nearly as much anymore—maybe just two beers every couple of weeks, and I've significantly cut back on heavy, greasy foods. A little red wine is fine too. With this routine, I still run into trouble every three or four months if I happen to let my guard down, but otherwise, things are fine. Basically, my internal chemistry just hits a breaking point and I experience some bleeding, though it passes quickly because I managed to get those unknown suppositories from Germany; they fix the situation in a day or two and work so much better than the ones we have here. When I tried using this local unknown brand, the stinging was so intense I practically screamed, whereas with the German ones, I barely feel a thing.

And what can I say in response to that? Look, I am well aware that all medications carry side effects that might not even show up for several years. I'm not saying Detralex is some kind of miracle cure, but it was the only thing that actually provided relief from this misery. I don't drink alcohol anyway, my digestion is regular, I eat plenty of fruits and vegetables, and I stay active with sports, so I've managed to get things under control. But before I started Detralex, there wasn't a single thing I hadn't tried, especially all the natural remedies. Absolutely nothing worked. So, this was my absolute last resort, and I didn't just take it on a whim—my doctor prescribed it, though honestly, that doesn't even seem to matter much at this point... The pain and the bleeding were quite literally unbearable, and what choice did I have? Quite simply, when you're facing these issues every four months like you are, it might seem acceptable, but when your entire life is being ruined because of your backside, you are willing to do anything just to find a little bit of relief. For me, everything is finally wonderful again, almost as if I never suffered through it at all.
