I’m asking for some advice from anyone who might have dealt with this! I’ve got a bit of an issue. I don't think we're talking about internal hemorrhoids here because there’s no itching or stinging sensation. Instead, the problem flares up whenever I deal with hard stools—maybe once a month—and then I end up with bleeding for two or three days straight. 😢 I actually felt a tiny little wound right at the entrance during a bowel movement. It only bleeds when things are moving slowly, otherwise, it doesn't itch or burn at all. I'm planning to head to the pharmacy tomorrow to pick up some suppositories or a cream, but I'd really appreciate specific product names. To be honest, I'm too embarrassed to explain the whole situation to the pharmacist! If it gets any worse, I'll just head to the doctor. For now, I'll try to manage this myself. Thanks.

Since you mentioned bleeding, those are definitely internal hemorrhoids... grab some Fact suppositories. You could also go with a cream; most of them come with an applicator for internal use. (Personally, I have external ones and I use Hemopropin cream—it's plant-based and works wonders for me.)

Try getting some Hadens cream and using suppositories together. Those
suppositories stop bleeding fast because they have chamomile oil in them. If you can't find them in the US, check a pharmacy in Canada or just look for a different natural
remedy. The main thing is to act quickly—don't let fear or embarrassment hold you back.

That’s why I don't think you need to rush to the doctor immediately (unless things look serious)... say it's just one of those issues we handle ourselves... everyone I know has skipped the doctor for this, myself included... mine finally cleared up, though I hope it stays that way for good.

I've tried just about everything out there... And look, I need to clear something up right away, because some people actually think this is just a temporary thing: hemorrhoids don't just "go away" on their own. Once they reach a certain size, surgery is pretty much the only way to get rid of them—and even then, there's always a risk they'll come back. People who managed to dodge them entirely when they were tiny shouldn't really be part of this conversation...! But you *can* live with them by keeping things under control. The main goal is making sure they aren't bleeding or causing constant discomfort. I’ve managed to stay on top of mine by using various creams—mostly imported brands—and honestly, you can tell if a product works within a month of using it. In my experience, Proctolyn was one of the best, while Hadensa was pretty disappointing (and hey, I don't work for any of these companies, though I wouldn't mind the paycheck... haha!). Also, it helps to pair a cream with a vein gel—like Herbion—which basically strengthens the walls so they don't rupture. Most of those are horse chestnut-based.
And obviously, we should all share our actual experiences here, even if there's a risk people will immediately accuse you of being a corporate shill for "some other company." But honestly, who cares about that...

I don't have any external hemorrhoids—honestly, I wouldn't even know if I did—but occasionally after a bowel movement, I've felt something that eventually just slips back inside. Today, I felt some pain in my anal area; it was a sharp, stinging sensation that came in a few twitches and then just stopped. There hasn't been any bleeding, so I'm not sure if we're talking about hemorrhoids here or something else.
I struggle with digestion quite often.

It's possible those are external ones...😁..they don't usually bleed (mostly the internal ones do)...and regarding your digestion, try eating more nutritious food (less dry stuff)...😉

I don't have any external ones. I've checked myself sometimes. I clearly stated that I don't have external issues. I'm still waiting for an answer on whether it's actually hemorrhoids or if I'm just imagining things.

Daaaaa honey, they are most likely internal hemorrhoids, because that's how they react...😉usually they push outward during a bowel movement and then slide back in later. Or maybe you're accidentally pushing them out...😁
As for me, I was at the doctor's today for a follow-up after my third cauterization procedure; I really thought I was finally done with this whole ordeal... but alas, I was wrong.😁There is still one stubborn little "lump" left that has been driving me absolutely crazy since the very beginning of this saga. The doctor mentioned it’s probably just a bit larger, so I need one more session in about a month once this inflammation dies down (which will hopefully be my 100th time hearing that)...
I am feeling much better overall, though I still deal with some stinging and occasional pain, but in any case, it is significantly better than it was before the procedures.
Anyway, I'm just hoping everything turns out okay in the end. I just want to finally be rid of this nuisance once and for all...

Unfortunately, that’s exactly what I was assuming—that they would never bleed. When you're dealing with internal pain, does it ever radiate toward the lower abdomen? Because sometimes I feel the ache right there in my lower stomach and then again in my back.😢

Oh, my dear, I truly feel for you... it breaks my heart to see you going through this...😢I find myself dealing with such similar struggles... half of what I eat seems to trigger stomach pain, and I have to steer clear of anything spicy because of my chemical sensitivities. But honestly, I don't think I even realized that those specific foods were the actual culprits behind my discomfort...😕If you're experiencing pain in your lower abdomen, there's a chance it could be related to your ovaries or perhaps your bladder... I personally don't think hemorrhoids would cause discomfort in that specific area, since they are located somewhere else entirely...😁
Alright, I’ll try my absolute best to explain this to you as clearly as I can—I deal with internal hemorrhoids myself, and let me tell you, the bleeding was intense, just incredibly heavy... It honestly felt like someone had shoved a hot coal inside of me, it was absolutely horrific. That is exactly what it feels like when they are acting up... Inside...
If I had actually stepped foot outside lately, given how constant the pain has been feeling, it honestly would have been unbearable... That’s exactly why I finally pulled the trigger and decided to go through with the surgery. I’m fully aware there’s a chance things could just come back, but at this point, I just want to experience a period of living a normal life again, you know? And if the issues resurface down the road, well, then I guess it'll be back to cauterization once more...🙄Honestly, if you had asked me what my life has looked like over this past year, I would have told you it was nothing short of a bad joke... I’d spend eight hours at work, only to come home and spend the next sixteen hours basically nursing myself back to health just so I could muster enough strength to do it all over again the next day. Going to the gym? Forget about it. Even just rolling around or taking a simple walk felt impossible, and don't even get me started on jeans—I couldn't even dream of wearing denim without total misery. It was just awful. But oh, the absolute worst part—the thing that really hit home—was that I couldn't even stand up for myself or get into an argument, because every single time I tried to raise my voice, everything just... well, let's just say things would "slip out" right then and there!🤦
Honestly, you should just head straight to the pharmacy and pick up some suppositories... because let's be real, applying cream on the surface isn't going to do much when the actual issue is happening internally. I wasted so much time smearing things around the outside like I did back when I didn't know any better, and I don't see the point in doing that now... You can find Fact, various creams, or suppositories, and I know everyone seems to rave about them, but for me, they actually made everything worse—I think I might have been allergic to one of the ingredients or something... For me personally, Ultraproct suppositories have been an absolute lifesaver. But if I’m being completely honest, the biggest game-changer of all was getting compression stockings for my veins, which you can also grab at any local pharmacy. They literally saved me; if it weren't for those, I wouldn't even be able to stand up right now... They provide that firm pressure that helps keep everything tucked in where it belongs, so there isn't that constant pain, just a bit of a stinging sensation, but I've managed to get used to that over time...🙄
I truly hope that I was able to be of at least a little bit of assistance...🙂

You actually helped me out. Maybe it’s my bladder causing the stomach pain, but honestly, the hemorrhoids aren't really a major issue for me—they flare up incredibly rarely—though I’d still rather stay ahead of them using those suppositories. Thanks, everyone.

I think I’m dealing with almost the exact same nightmare as you. See, nothing is bleeding on my end, but sometimes when I’m on the toilet, I get this weird sensation like something is actually protruding—though I guess it slides back in afterward. I also deal with this constant, nagging pressure right at the anal area, just a super uncomfortable feeling. On top of that, I get frequent stomach pains; I’m pretty sure I have IBS or something, since I’ve been struggling with these random cramps and abdominal aches for 15 years now... so yeah, combining the two is basically a recipe for total misery. Plus, the constant gas is enough to drive anyone crazy, especially because it leaves things feeling pretty much like they're burning down there afterward. Basically... it sucks.🤷div>

I dealt with hemorrhoids during my 36th week of pregnancy, and now I'm at week 38. It was honestly brutal—I could barely sit down or even move without feeling like I was losing it. I went on this massive shopping spree for creams (tried everything from Hemoclin and Faktu to Emu and Hemopropin), but nothing really hit the spot. Then, almost overnight, Apisan—that brown cream by Petrovic—literally saved my life. I applied it one evening, and by the next morning, the pain was just... gone. For the first time in forever, I could actually sit normally, walk around, and go to the bathroom without a struggle. The protrusion is still there, but it's shrinking steadily. I am seriously obsessed with this stuff. Plus, it’s all-natural, so I didn't have to worry about it being unsafe for me and the baby. Just a heads-up though: wear black underwear! It has propolis in it, which stains white fabric like crazy, and you definitely don't want people wondering what else you might be hiding under there.

I dealt with hemorrhoids toward the end of my pregnancy too. I never faced any inflammation or major issues, though they were visible, which was incredibly annoying. My OB-GYN told me the main thing was to ensure I wasn't in pain, and that was it. They actually flared up a bit more during labor from all the straining, but I recovered without any inflammation or pain afterward. Fast forward two years later: they haven't disappeared. They just shrunk. Sometimes they flare up again, then settle down, but they are definitely still there. It’s a constant nuisance. Has anyone else gone through this? Do they ever actually vanish completely?😕

Whenever I hear all this talk about pregnancy and childbirth, I honestly feel a wave of nausea wash over me... It just makes me wonder, quite intensely, what would actually happen to my body if I were to become pregnant and go through a natural delivery. I feel like I might just completely fall apart...☕

My only real annoyance was that they were visible, which was just frustrating. My OB-GYN told me as long as there’s no pain, it’s fine—so I didn't worry about it. They flared up a bit more during labor from all the pushing, but I came out the other side without any swelling or pain. Fast forward two years later, and they haven't totally gone away. They shrunk down, sure, but they still pop up every now and then. It’s honestly pretty bothersome. Has anyone else been through this? Do they ever actually disappear for good?😕

I don't think they're going to just recede on their own... (though they might, it just won't be that obvious). But if you have them surgically removed, they’ll be gone—provided they don't decide to show up again.

Don't worry—if you need surgery, just go for it. I had my procedure just 6 days ago and here I am, sitting right at my computer! That's all for now, but if anyone wants more details, I’m happy to help.

I’m really curious to know how you all actually dealt with those hemorrhoid issues, because I’m seriously starting to think surgery is my only move left.

Has anyone heard about the THD method? It’s one of the newer things being done here in the States (US), so I was wondering if anyone knows more about it. Maybe someone here has actually gone through the procedure to fix the root cause of hemorrhoids?
