As far as I'm concerned, if you're dealing with hemorrhoid issues, the absolute most effective thing out there is
Hadensa. You can get it as a cream or as suppositories. Those suppositories actually stop the bleeding within just
a day or two. Plus, they're safe enough to use during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. For those
really acute flare-ups, you should go with the Hadensa Delta cream and suppository combo. Personally, that stuff
completely sorted out my miserable hemorrhoid problems. You can pick it up at any pharmacy in Canada and
Herzegovina. I don't think they carry it in America, though—I tried sending some to friends
over in Rijeka once.

I went looking for that specific cream, but honestly, everyone just gave me this blank, judgmental stare whenever I tried to start explaining what I needed...🙄Maybe if I were in a bigger city like 🤷, it would be different, but in some places around here, it's just awkward. So, for now, I’m just sticking with my reliable "Ultraprocta"

It probably hasn't even been registered here in the States yet. That’s likely why they were giving you such a blank, clueless stare.

The cream is solid, and Hemopropin is great too since it's plant-based... personally, things have calmed down for me... but man, it can flare up out of nowhere, dammit. Once you've dealt with this, there's no going back to how things used to be... we just have to learn to live with it.

Here’s my situation. I’ve got two really tiny external hemorrhoids. Honestly, they don't bother me one bit, but I noticed a little blood, so I went to see a doctor. He told me to just use some Faktu ointment. So, I go out and buy the stuff—it's quite a find! But then I notice there's this applicator included, and since my doctor didn't specify, I'm wondering... should I actually be using the applicator for external ones, or can I just apply the ointment with my finger? 🙂

I know you're supposed to use the applicator for internal ones.

I'm aware that when you're dealing with internal application, you're going to need an applicator.

You don't actually need an applicator for external hemorrhoids—those are only meant for the internal ones. And honestly, I have to hand it to you for being so brave. You’ve only dealt with two external ones so far, yet you've already made the trip to see the doctor.😁That sounds like a solid plan to me.👍

I was just feeling around those little bumps, and honestly, they've probably been there for at least a year now, but it wasn't until things started bleeding—you know, for maybe three or four days—that I finally decided to go see a doctor.

It’s always better to be proactive and prevent something rather than waiting around to treat it.

P.S. Look, I joke around about plenty of things in life, I really do, but when it comes to my health? That's where I draw the line. I take it very seriously.

Look, just be glad they aren't bothering you right now... and get it sorted out. Once you deal with them, they're gone for good.🙄
I can say I'm doing O.K. now... really hoping this feeling sticks around for a while.

But I honestly just cannot wrap my head around why this can't be fully resolved once and for all...😕I mean, people manage much more severe illnesses, yet here we are, struggling with this and seeing absolutely no progress, none at all...😠To be fair, I am feeling a little bit better right now, but even then, I still find myself feeling that lingering sensation...🙄I have an appointment scheduled with my doctor later this month for a check-up, and I am really hoping they can offer some actual insight or a sensible explanation as to why this keeps happening to me.

I can feel it...🙄I'm heading to the doctor for a checkup this month, hoping they'll actually give me some smart advice on why this keeps happening.

Listen, a doctor might only tell you the usual stuff: eat better, don't sit on cold surfaces, don't lift heavy things, blah blah blah... basically everything under the sun. Or they might suggest surgery, but even then, it could come back afterward. It's nothing to write home about. Unfortunately, these things just don't want to quit; I've already made my peace with it. Now, I just pay closer attention to the triggers that set mine off. Some people get lucky and go years without an issue—like my brother. He had them about five years ago and hasn't dealt with them since, though there's no guarantee it won't happen again. There are no rules with this stuff.🙄...I see you're a woman, but I don't know your age... these things can pop up during pregnancy or childbirth too...

Don't you see that we're basically living on the edge here?!? Even if you somehow manage to get your life organized, there's always something else hitting us—election cycles, earthquakes, landslides, even just sports... it's enough to drive anyone crazy. (And please: I am NOT blaming the government or the state!) As for all that stuff you're shoving into your body? Honestly, even Interpol wouldn't know what's in it, because our importers are way too fast at dumping whatever junk they can find on us! And then there's everything poisoning you (every third Chinese product!) and all the radiation... You know what, it's honestly a miracle we're even still alive! All these chemicals are really just minor, secondary annoyances in the grand scheme of things...

I've already made my peace with it. I'm 29 years old, and I've never been pregnant or given birth. I've never actually struggled with constipation—if anything, it's the opposite😁I drink about 4 liters of water a day, I stay very active, and so on... so overall, I can't find a single logical reason why I have these... I went in for cauterization, which needed to be done three times total, all at once, and I went through with it, but I'm not noticing much of a result. I feel a little better, but I still feel them. I suppose everyone who undergoes that procedure manages to live normally for at least a little while...
Jessica Grant56; your reply gave me such a good laugh, because it is the absolute truth! I've noticed mine go wild whenever I'm stressed out over something. Honestly, I don't need creams, I need anti-anxiety meds😁
And one more thing—I know I'm going to take a lot of heat for this, but I was wondering how I can reply to two posts at the same time? Like, if I click multi-quote, what am I supposed to do next?🙈I figured it's better to ask and look silly for five minutes than to not ask and stay silly for the rest of my life🙄

😁, just select multi-quote on every post you want to cite, and then hit quote.

I'm still hunting for that perfect cream. It's hard to accept that I might have to deal with this forever. Such a trivial issue, yet there's no easy fix.

Dennis Bennett43, did you mention you were pregnant? How are things going? Are the symptoms settling down?

I'm still out here hunting for that perfect little cream...

If you can get your hands on it, try the Italian Proctolyn. I tried Hadens, but honestly—it was probably the most useless cream I've ever used—so I just tossed it. My doctor actually warned me right away, but I figured I'd give it a shot anyway. Still, I think it's worth trying everything yourself; that way, you can decide what works best without having to rely solely on a doctor's opinion.

Some things you just learn through years of trial and error—I’ve definitely put in my time testing stuff out, and honestly, I manage the issue pretty well without needing surgery. Of course, everyone is different, which is why I shared my own experience. I even went out of my way to track down some Hadens, which isn't even available here in the States. To be blunt, it worked terribly compared to other options I've tried, so I just tossed it. It makes me wonder... why isn't this stuff even sold in America??

Hey everyone... I dealt with this during my pregnancy, and back then you can barely use anything. That one cream used to sting like crazy—some herbal stuff... At a prenatal class, my doctor suggested making a homemade remedy: take 1/2 cup of olive oil, add two big tablespoons of chamomile flowers, warm it up very gently, strain it, and use that to soothe the area. For me, it really helped with the pain. I had external discomfort that lasted through the end of the pregnancy, but once I had the baby, they were gone for good (fingers crossed!). I've also heard there are certain types of Pills that can help... something like that.
So yeah, that’s just my personal experience. I really hope this helps someone deal with those nasty little pests.😁

I originally started a thread in the women's health section, but since I didn't get any replies there, I figured I’d try asking here instead.
Lately, my husband and I have been having anal sex, and it’s usually his idea. For the last two times, I’ve noticed this little lump appearing right after we're done. At first, I just assumed they were internal hemorrhoids, especially since it receded after about two days. Well, we had sex again today, and while I was washing up afterward, I noticed the lump again—only this time it seems a bit larger. It’s right at the anal opening. Is it possible these are just internal hemorrhoids like I suspect, or could it be something else entirely? I actually noticed a similar small protrusion once after a large bowel movement, where it popped out and then went back in. But today, the lump is definitely bigger; maybe the size of a pea. It's in the exact same spot as before. Could this really just be internal hemorrhoids, or is something else going on with me? Also, is anal sex inherently dangerous? Please help, I'm honestly not sure what to do. Should I even let him do this, given he enjoys it so much? I'd really appreciate some guidance.
P.S. Please don't derail this topic into a discussion about anal sex itself; that's not my concern. My actual worry is the physical health issues I'm experiencing afterward. So, if anyone is willing to help, I would truly appreciate it.

Please, if anyone can help, I’d appreciate it.
P.S. Please don't derail this thread into a debate about anal sex; I’m not looking for commentary on that part, I am genuinely concerned about my physical health following the act. So please, any kind souls out there, I need some advice.

First off, you should probably hold off on that kind of sex for now, given what's happening...
If you've got hemorrhoids, you're better off trying some natural remedies since they're so common, and you absolutely have to make sure you're cleaning up properly after every bowel movement. If you don't want to go the natural route, just see a doctor; they have good ointments and suppositories under the name "Fact"...
If you decide to stick with the natural stuff, hit me up, I'm around.

If you try the natural route, it actually works wonders—it won't hurt anyone if you stay consistent, you just have to be persistent about it...

Alex Chavez4 said:First of all, we need to address the issue of having an anal encounter under these specific circumstances.
If you're dealing with hemorrhoids, I’d suggest looking into natural remedies first—there seem to be plenty of options out there. Honestly, making sure you wash up thoroughly after every bowel movement is pretty much non-negotiable. If you decide to go the natural route, though, you might want to check in with a doctor; they usually have some decent ointments or even specialized pads under the name "Faktu."
If you decide to go the natural route, I'm right here. Feel free to drop by.

I’ve always been more inclined toward natural remedies, if I'm being honest. As for whether these are actually hemorrhoids... I haven't really bothered going to see a doctor about it. I just sort of mentioned what was happening and left it at that, I guess. Besides, they've never actually bled, so maybe it isn't that serious.🤷
As for whether I can engage in anal sex... well, that’s a bit of a loaded question, isn't it? I suppose it depends entirely on what you're dealing with right now. If you're asking because you've been struggling with discomfort, hemorrhoids, or some other rectal issue, then maybe—just maybe—you should hold off for a little while. It might be wise to let things settle down first. I guess it really comes down to how you're feeling and whether any irritation or bleeding is still present. Maybe consult a doctor if you're unsure, just to be safe.
