Paul Martinez73 said:What kind of "federal oversight" are we talking about here? Who actually works in that facility? Irresponsible people, that's who. It wasn't the government that brought the Virus into the home; it was some individual who thought they were invincible, walked right in, and infected the elderly.

1. Well, considering China was the only ones who knew anything about the Virus before two months ago, if you had closed the borders back then like you suggested, you would've had the info before anyone else.

2. And who would sell the groceries? Who would pack them or stock the shelves? The military too? Or what?
Military DoorDash? Would soldiers be zipping around on bikes delivering food?

3. Regularly tested? So you show up for your shift, get tested, wait for the results, and *then* start working? Is that your master plan? Because you could be negative today and positive tomorrow.

4. No restrictions, yeah, sounds great.

5. And teachers aren't old? They don't have chronic issues? Should they be tested every single day too? Before every lecture or what?

Seriously, how can someone be "irresponsible" if you can carry the virus for two weeks without feeling a single damn thing? How does that even work?

Oh sure, if you've got enough money in the bank, the virus just magically disappears!

You're a real saint, aren't you?

Man, you are seriously out of your mind—what kind of money are we even talking about right now?

Oh sure, just toss some cash into the furnace, build yourself a DIY sauna, and hope the high heat kills off the virus...

When those two parties just keep playing their endless games of destroying the country, they eventually tank everyone's pensions too. If someone is already chronically ill, all this nonsense can actually kill them.

I'm sitting this one out. I won't be voting. 🤷

Come on, Beros, quit stalling and just spit it out—give us the actual proof and arguments about those kids hanging out at cafes with tinted windows. Seriously, stop wasting everyone's time with this crap; if you don't have any real evidence, then just shut your mouth already.

The folks up in Appalachia are busy correcting the national Headquarters. Turns out that 46-year-old who passed away was actually dealing with some serious health issues way before this
According to the County Headquarters, the guy was immobile and had been struggling with arterial hypertension and obesity for a while now

The national headquarters is just a bunch of liars and manipulators, honestly

There isn't a soul in those darkened cafes.
The hysteria is already hitting the suburbs.

Paul Martinez73 said:And that right there is the core of everything I've been saying for weeks, yet Tijs keeps calling me out—maybe he just doesn't get it...

Because think about it: someone working at that facility goes for a quick walk with a friend who doesn't even know they're positive, passes the virus along, that person comes into work and infects 40 seniors, and then five of them die.

Some people will just shrug and say, "They were old and sick anyway, they would have died regardless," but through sheer negligence and that kind of mindset, you might have actually robbed someone of two extra years of life.

I have a buddy whose whole vibe is just like wiredrider9: "It's no big deal, this virus isn't dangerous, it'll wreck the economy if we don't keep everyone working, the Swedish approach is best, or maybe the Belarusian way." Meanwhile, the guy won't leave his house for two weeks and wears gloves just to go to the grocery store.

I know a guy who tested positive, and I offered a friend to go visit him, bring him groceries, hang out for a bit, and all I got was silence. Total nothingness. I honestly don't get it; you catch a little flu, recover at home, and move on with your life... you can do whatever you want after that, so why act like it's such a massive deal?

And yeah, I’ll keep calling you out. Prove to me that the person who spread it was actually being irresponsible, rather than it just being pure luck. Go ahead, I'm waiting.

I live in a house with four other people—three of them work, so 4 out of 5 of us are out every single day, interacting with the world, hitting the grocery store or the pharmacy. The odds of me catching this thing while walking through a park are way lower than the odds of someone in my own house bringing it home from work or the store. So, what's the actual point of quarantines, locking apartment doors, and all those other idiotic measures? You guessed it: nothing. (I wrote that because I knew you wouldn't catch on.)

Besides, the fact that the virus made its way back to China proves these measures were a failure, especially since they aren't sustainable in the long run anyway.

There's plenty of "sense" to these measures, sure, but they aren't designed for our benefit or our health. Just watch the economy over the next few months and see what kind of global shifts they roll out under the guise of our "well-being."😉

Public health is the absolute last thing on their priority list here.

I’m reading this and I honestly can't tell if I should laugh or just stare in disbelief.
I have to weigh in here; you are being an absolute idiot.
Are you suggesting the government bears zero responsibility for the institutions under its direct supervision? That it's strictly personal liability? It doesn't matter if the director is a political appointee from the ruling party who's just checking boxes to stay in favor...

I read a lot of nonsense on this forum, but I haven't seen anyone spew such blatant partisan trash in a long time.
It’s clear your brain has been completely washed, much like everyone else who looks at Alemka and Beros as some kind of national heroes. It's nothing more than orchestrated theater for the suburban middle class, cooked up during some backroom meeting with Plenki to serve a pre-election campaign.
The ratings will be through the roof...
As long as the mindless masses who swallow every bit of propaganda served to them remain the majority, there will be no reset in this country. Not even a glimmer of one.
People like you deserve every single Mommy, Bandic, and Pripuz out there.
Climbers and sycophants. Disgusting.
And don't you worry, the media will be handsomely rewarded from that $30 billion aid package. At least, that's what my sources are telling me.

Vili and Alemka, our great heroes...

Elizabeth Mendoza said:Sure, but am I really going to be the one to send him to his grave through my own recklessness? How would I ever live with myself knowing I brought something into my house that ended up costing my old man his life?

That’s a fascinating point. Are we really suggesting we promote fear and shame for just one specific illness? Is there shame for the first person who ever offered someone a cigarette? Do they sleep soundly? Or should driving instructors feel shame because dozens of people die in accidents every year? Do they sleep okay then?

Don't worry, I think I see where you're coming from, but trying to instill those kinds of feelings in the public—making people feel ashamed or guilty just for taking a walk outside—is something we've never really seen before. I mean, you've probably brought a few bugs home to your dad over the years, right? And I assume you both slept fine. Honestly, it's not like you're going around licking handrails in the middle of town just to get in people's faces.
