How long is politics going to keep protecting these killer doctors?

I keep saying that all of politics is essentially geared toward protecting the bad, incompetent, unskilled, and inhumane individuals within the medical field. It’s true that Dado is the "boss," but someone should explain to me why doctors from the opposition Democratic Party—even after receiving letters from Boise—NEVER once commented on the deaths caused in the internal ward there, yet they are incredibly loud when talking about Milinović's house. To me, that feels extremely hypocritical, and I don't see how anything would actually change just by switching political parties. This "medical mafia" doesn't care about party affiliation; they've created this closed circle that rejects any attempt at criticism or, heaven forbid, self-reflection. Don't get me wrong, I have immense respect for doctors, and I know the vast majority are wonderful, compassionate people, but the elite group running both the US Chamber of Commerce and their various boards is corrupt. They protect that small minority that does harm, which hurts both the patients and the reputation of the entire profession.
