So I’m scrolling through Adora on Facebook, and man... those prices are... wow. Just brutal. Like, seeing some of these tagged at 400 and even $167!
And here I was thinking Victoria's Secret at 200-$100 was a total rip-off...

Charles Gomez4 said:Has anyone here tried the ASOS Curve line? Are the sizes actually true to size, or do they run small or large? Specifically, would an 18 in pants be our US size 14, or what?

Answering my own question here: 🀣 An 18 is basically a 16. If you're tall, grab the 18L (long) for a perfect fit. I'm about 5'11" and they hit just right. Anyone else tried them?😍

Man, I have to run over to Target this weekend before you all decide to shop me blind... 😍 I'm hoping to be back in a few hours... πŸ™‚

Hey everyone, I have a quick question if anyone can help me out. Is there anywhere in a city like St. Louis where I can find a formal dress, size 20-22, without it costing half my paycheck? 😒 It’s actually for my wedding. I’m not doing the whole traditional white gown thing, but now I’m worried that finding a regular formal dress in this size might be even harder. 😒

Go check out the Weddings subforumβ€”there’s actually a thread there about "legendary" weddings. I’m sure you’ll find all the help you need right there.

I asked about this here because I don't actually need a wedding dress. Well, thanks anyway

Just come over to our PDF Wedding thread, there’s a whole section covering everything about getting married in the Midwest. I guess the girls there definitely know where you can hunt for dresses that aren't full-on bridal gowns... πŸ˜‰

Does anyone know if there's an H&M open in America yet? And like, do they even have a BiB section there?...

I think they’re opening it up at the start of April. Not sure about the B&B side of things, though. But I know there’s going to be a Maternity ward, and usually, those places are right next to each other...
Honestly, I’m pretty bummed out by the options they're giving us here in the States for the B&B department. 🀷

That new City Centre One over by the industrial district has a massive H&Mβ€”does it actually have a BiB department? Has anyone actually been there to check?

Their own site says they’ve got an H&M plus a Ladies spot right there

Thanks, lonedrifter15.

I just checked their online catalog, and they actually have BiB items listed with prices in dollars now. It looks like BiB has finally made its way to the big city.πŸ‘

Really hoping this election turns out better than that mess we had back in Seattle πŸ˜‰
I'll probably go take a look myself too... though if anyone heads out there today, let me know πŸ™‚

So, was anyone actually in CC1 east? Any word on those circular lines we saw at H&M or what...

I mean, I don't exactly hate it or anything, 🀷
it’s just all kind of... baggy? Like, there's zero personality to it. It's just sort of shapeless, you know?

I'm with you on this oneβ€”honestly, I wouldn't touch any of that with a ten-foot pole.
Finally found some decent tees in the regular sectionβ€”so I'm pretty stoked.
Hey... anyone seen any cute classic black or denim skirts out there in a size 14+?
Should I actually go out and buy a decent swimsuit?

Thanks!
