So, I was browsing the B&B section over at H&M and actually found some decent trousers—some linen summer styles and even a pair of lightweight drawstring ones that seem perfect for strolling around in during the warmer months...

But here is the dilemma: I stumbled upon these beige pants that fit me incredibly well. They sit just right and don't highlight any imperfections, but they are... beige.

Can a lady with a healthy appetite truly justify wearing beige?

Charles Gomez4 said:Has anyone here tried the ASOS Curve line? Are the sizes actually true to size, or do they run small or large? Specifically, would an 18 in pants be our US size 14, or what?

Does anyone else have this exact question?

Also, any eBay experts out there—do you have a reliable Curvylicious seller you'd recommend?

Why not? 🤷

If the fabric is thick enough so you aren't showing everything—and if the cut actually fits your shape instead of looking like cheap leggings—then yeah, absolutely.

I mean, it’s not "illegal" to wear them if they don't fit right, but it just doesn't look very classy... 😍

I actually appreciate that this isn't some overly dainty, feminine thing.🙂

So, back in Seattle, right near the theater, there’s this absolutely killer boutique that does the most insane lingerie, and honestly, their whole vibe with mixing and matching sets and different ranges is just genius...
I can't for the life of me remember the name right now, but trust me, it's not exactly hard to track down once you know what to look for...

I ordered some DP jeans,
they're black skinnies, but oh my god, the smell...🙂
I've washed them five times now and I just can't get rid of that chemical gasoline scent.
Any tips?

Anyway, I'm curious about those Oltre sizes,
Italian sizing usually runs small,
are you saying they go up to a 52? Would a lady who wears a US size 14 fit into a 52?
😁

Which ones specifically? Send over a link. I picked up ^category~[291051|291043]&noOfRefinements=2']a pair recently and they were absolutely brilliant—loved them. And they didn't have any weird, industrial odor at all.

Personally, I think this whole look is a mess regardless of your body type. 😬 I mean, fine, maybe they hide the extra weight, but then they just highlight your underwear instead. 😁

Pants can look absolutely gross whether you're skinny or curvy. 🤷

They smell terrible...😂😂😂

Ladies, please, if you shop at Old Navy, can anyone tell me which size is their closest match?

Honestly, you have no clue what I’d even use those sizes for. Like, if I'm shopping there, I usually grab a size 52 shirt, or maybe pants between 48 and 52 depending on how they cut them. They carry some stuff in L or XL too, but there isn't much of that. Does a bra size mean anything to you? 😁 Well, you could probably figure out how big a size 52 shirt actually is by seeing if you can button it up at the top—which, let me tell you, is my absolute biggest struggle with button-downs.
Everything they have feels really youthful and slim-fit, plus they carry the larger sizes... it doesn't feel "old lady" at all. I'm talking about things like "office" style shirts, you know? Though they have elegant pieces too. It basically just depends on when you drop in, because their whole selection rotates every three months or so.

I’ve got basically everything from them—like, T-shirts, skirts, pants, jeans, button-downs, dresses, sweaters, even coats and a couple of belts. I even snagged two whole seasons' worth of sunglasses from them. Just, you know, the whole works 🙂
I am totally obsessed with them 😍

here’s some stuff I’ve been looking at lately ; )http://www.oltre.com/index_eng.html
I’ve got this white, red, and blue tank top tucked under my denim jacket right now... It's such a vibe. Also, those jeans with the little rhinestones and the embroidery on the front pockets? Man, they look incredible. Honestly though, they're a bit out of my budget at the moment, so I'm just gonna sit tight and wait for a sale or something...

Sam Martin said:So, I headed out to Westgate today, and while I was browsing at Victoria's Secret, I stumbled upon this gorgeous 90D balconette bra.
It’s, well, maybe a tiny bit snug right now, but I’ll probably just grab one of those expansion inserts later. I also picked up some silicone wide straps while I was there...
Plus, I ended up grabbing some panties in the matching fabric, so now I actually have a full wedding set ready to go...
Happy, happy, happy...

Just a heads-up for Belli and all my fellow plus-size girls: I saw some absolutely stunning bras over at Target going up to a 110F...
Honestly, seeing them in so many different colors and patterns almost made me lose my mind—I wanted to buy one in every single design, though I managed to restrain myself...
They aren't even that expensive, if I recall correctly, maybe around $80$30... and they had panties, corsets, halter tops... wow...

Target has definitely scaled back their selection lately. 🤷 It feels like they’ve cleared out so much stuff from the aisles that they probably shrunk the whole section too. I'll have to swing by again soon to see if anything new popped up.
Anyway, about those amazing bras at Target—there was this one, also in an F cup, and I tried on my size, but they fit me so weirdly... I don't know, maybe it's just me being odd. 😍

Oh, and Adora, I am loving everything I'm seeing on the page! I'm just stuck waiting for their online shop to actually go live, because right now it's totally down...
If any of you ladies are heading their way, could you maybe ask them if they'll be opening the website anytime soon? 😉

Hey, does anyone actually know the name of that one good boutique in NYC for curvy women? I remember going there with my aunt maybe four or five years ago, but I can't for the life of me remember which neighborhood it was in. 😢
Anyway, if any of you ladies know, please let me know ASAP—it’s kind of urgent because I’m thinking about getting a gift, and I just remember they had such amazing stuff.
Also, quick question—do they carry more serious, high-end pieces, or is everything just geared toward younger girls?

Adora's got a Facebook page too—you can hit them up via email or just give them a call...

I know a spot over in Trešnjevka—right by the tram line, just past the grocery store and before you hit the plaza on the left...
Serious clothes—you know, the classics...
I’ve got an XXL size stashed somewhere in Vladislav...

But wait, how does that work if I don't even know what they actually have? Like, is everything listed on their Facebook, or am I just flying blind here?

Could you maybe give me a ballpark idea of what the shirts and dresses run for? You can just shoot me a DM if that's easier. 😁
I really need to refresh my wardrobe for spring. I finally realized it's time to step out of my constant sweatpants phase. 🙂

Also, bras at Victoria's Secret... they're just so hit or miss. They fit my chest weirdly too. I feel like the cup size is right, but the underwire feels way too small and doesn't have enough stretch. 🤷

Oh, for sure! 😉
So, looking at the last few things I picked up—that tunic you can see in the link I posted is about $73, a dress (black, sleeveless, cinched waist) was roughly $117, those super tight black leggings/jeggings were around $300-something, and um, what else?! Oh yeah, another tee with those batwing sleeves, that was maybe $200-something small..
Jeans usually run from $300 to $200 when the new collection drops, but you can snag the exact same pair on sale for $33. I actually tried on some on sale the other day that were totally awesome, but they were out of my size (which is crazy because usually, even with the new stuff, they actually have stock sitting there). Basic graphic tees start around $33 and up, and then there are the button-downs—I call them "office shirts"—those start at $200. I was actually counting the ones I still have in my closet the other day, since I've already cleared out some old stuff, donated others, or just wore them out, and I've got over ten of them now 😁. Right now, I am obsessed with those bodysuit-style tops. That thick cotton part at the bottom snaps in so they don't pop out of your pants. I grab some at full price and some on sale, depending on the mood..
