Man, that LaRedoute place? Way too pricey 🙂
I tried ordering something once... from that 3Suisse site too, but honestly, the shipping delays were enough to drive me a little crazy.

La Redoute has those sale items that ship out in just a few days. You just have to catch them at the right time.

Way back when, I snagged two jackets during a sale that turned out to be my absolute favorites in the world. I wear them constantly—honestly, I can barely even squeeze into one of them anymore. They weren't exactly "dirt cheap" even on sale, either. 🙄

BUT! they still look brand new. 😍 (And I don't think I even knew my husband yet when I bought them, if I recall correctly 🤣. So yeah, a long, long time ago.)

*this thread has basically become my living room—I'm gonna get banned for barking here too often* 😬*

That's what happens... when you work from home, and the forums end up being way more active 😍 than the actual job.

I totally feel you on that 😍 .. and honestly, I'm always down for a little barking myself 😁

But wait, how do you even know which items get that "immediate" delivery? Like, is it actually listed right on the product page, or is everything in the clearance section moving that fast?

Everything on sale ships right away. 😉

Does 3Suisse also ship sale items right away? I’m looking through everything now, but I don't see any mention of it...

Honestly, I have no clue—I've never actually ordered from them. 🤷

Or if you have any other suggestions from these sites:

Not the stretchy spandex kind. Curvier women need firmer fabrics. I honestly don't get why they even bother making those elastic dresses in the first place🙂.

That first skirt is gorgeous

Hit up Lidl today and picked up some shapewear—bodysuits, pants, dresses, the whole works 🙂 Prices weren't bad at all, and honestly, they seem decent so far. They had Large (fits 4/6) and XL (fits 8/10) in stock.

I’ve got a whole collection of items from this shop http://myworld.ebay.co.uk/edith_fashion.
If you're wearing a size 16, I'd suggest going with an XXL. That's my recommendation.

🤣 That actually made me laugh. I’ve never heard that before. So, I guess I’m definitely not like Adele then. My hips aren't exactly my worst feature—neither are my glutes or my legs. Unless, of course, I'm actually an inverted pear shape.

I love the skirt, but I’m torn on whether it actually looks good on me. You guys have totally confused me. Now I don't know what to do. Should I just buy both, wear them once, and then try to return them by claiming they were defective? You know, that whole trick with the returns? 😂

Hey, I’m not sure if you guys are seeing this like I am, but there are people out there selling weight loss supplements who are actually stalking these threads. They follow the discussions and then try to slide into your DMs offering "help." Watch out for that. 😁That’s incredibly noble of them.

How bad is this dress for a pear shape with stronger arms (ASOS size 16-18)? 🤔 The sleeves are bothering me—is it just me, or do they look wider than they are?

If you're an apple shape, I think you could definitely pull that skirt off. My sister is an apple (and she hides her flaws way better than I do with clothes), so I can totally see her in it. Especially if you've got nice legs. 👍

Now I feel totally discriminated against. 🤣 Just because I'm on thyroid medication doesn't mean I'm not fat and worthy of your time. 🙂 😬

Personally, I think with a dress like this, it matters more how broad your shoulders are. If your arms aren't, like, extreme, it’ll probably hide them pretty well. 🤷
Anyway, 😍 yeah. Got a link?

My shoulders are just average, really. Not particularly strong or broad. 🤔 Hands fit my body perfectly, but honestly, I’m not looking to show them off just yet. Mainly because I'm still hunting for a more elegant dress for a fancy occasion. 😁 [User message omitted as the input was only a single word "prigodu" which translates to "occasion/opportunity," providing no context for a full post. Just went through my closet. Those H&M dresses? All size 14, except for one 16. They fit perfectly—not too tight in the shoulders or arms at all.

Here's the link: Check this out: http://www.asos.com/ASOS/ASOS-Midi-F...rt=-1&clr=Navy

I saw you mentioning that you order a ton of shoes from ASOS. Do their sizes actually run true to standard? I’m looking for some cute flats—and believe it or not, women like me actually exist! 😁Number 42.

That dress should fit you just fine then. 😉>

Shoes... yeah. Their UK 8 is basically an American 10. Good luck hunting down a 11. 😢 Unless you're somewhere between a 10 and an 11, because some of their styles feel a little roomy for me—not enough to drop down to a 9, though.

To be honest, I'm not huge on their footwear either—I usually only grab things on sale when the original price wasn't too crazy to begin with (like, under $83 $50). I had two pairs where the soles literally peeled off within a week. Total junk. But, I do have some sneakers from them that have actually held up pretty well.

So, most of what I get from ASOS isn't even "ASOS" branded. Though, if you check the other threads, people seem to really like their boots—but those are in a higher price bracket, so maybe quality just scales with the price tag. 🤷

Anyway, I'm pretty picky about shoes, so I might not be the best judge here. 😳

Look, I've tried enough diets to end up in the hospital once, so frankly, I don't give a damn. If someone doesn't like how I look, they can stay far away from me. It's all my own teeth anyway, and a lot of those pills actually made me gain weight so I wouldn't get exhausted constantly fighting it. If I were you, I'd just go ahead and buy < both 😉,,,

Girls, where is this ASOS shop? Sorry, seriously, I have no clue. 😢
