Um... at a gynecologist's office. 😉

Does anyone know a private gynecologist in St. Louis? Needs to be someone actually pleasant, obviously!

Does anyone know a good private gynecologist in the Chicago area? Looking for someone actually pleasant to deal with, obviously.

Does it seriously have to be a guy and a private practice? I mean... I actually know of a decent female GP over at the local clinic, Dr. Miller... don't freak out or anything, she just shares an office with Dr. Stevens, and honestly? I bailed on her. She’s just not exactly the warmest person.
The only thing that really bugs me about Leko is that they won't let you actually run a search. Seriously? How are you supposed to find anything if the search function is just... broken? Makes the whole experience pretty useless, honestly. 🙂

Wait, is 3D ultrasound actually standard equipment in OB-GYN offices now?
But seriously, why on earth would you need a 3D scan specifically for ovaries? I'm guessing some specialist suggested it to you? Or maybe just Google did...

Dr. Tihana Mazelin at the Eljuga Clinic and
Dr. Ita (presumably) Gruić over at Zvijezdi (private practice)...
I'm looking for some honest feedback—any experiences out there? 🙂

Yeah... it has become 👍
Basically, they just perform the exams using ultrasound these days.

restlesspanther1: says...
...well, it finally happened. It actually happened. 👍
Mostly just doing checkups and running ultrasounds... turns out that’s pretty much the bread and butter around here.
Yeah, look—it’s 2D ultrasound, but we aren't talking about 3D... those are two totally different things altogether. Honestly, people get them mixed up all the time and it's kind of wild... 🙂
So, I was thinking about those prenatal scans—you know, the whole ultrasound thing... and it’s wild how much technology has changed since, like, my mom’s era. You’ve got the standard 2D scans which are basically the baseline, right? That’s what everyone gets—it’s the industry standard—but let’s be real, the images are kind of... meh. Just these grainy, gray blobs that look more like a smudge on a windshield than an actual human being... if you can even tell what you're looking at. But then you have the 3D stuff—man, that’s a whole different beast. It gives you this incredibly realistic, almost lifelike view of the baby... like, you can actually see their little nose or whatever... it’s pretty intense when you realize how far we've come from just staring at static on a screen...

Most gynecologists have already upgraded to 3D imaging, which is hardly a surprise given how much they can charge for it. I happened to hear that there’s a specialist over at the Nemetova Clinic who is exceptionally skilled with 3D ultrasound technology. Unfortunately, I can't recall his name 😢 right now, but if anyone finds themselves in need of such services—for legitimate medical reasons, mind you, as word is he doesn't perform those superficial "keepsake" scans—it might be worth inquiring there.

I'm heading out. 👍
I am so sorry... I honestly didn't give a single thought to which type of ultrasound we were even talking about... was it 3D or just a standard 2D? My mistake. 😢

The only thing I hate about Leko is that she doesn't do physical exams.🙂
Doesn't have to be a man, but it definitely needs to be private...🙂
I checked the white pages, but there isn't a single private OB-GYN listed in Osijek.😕
Thanks anyway.👋

and sorry... I didn't even think about which ultrasound we're talking about... 3D or 2D... 😢
You don't have to apologize to me, I only figured out it was 3D after I actually looked into what they do there.
but I know they do them there.
for Supernova.👍

No way, maybe they just spell it differently or something, but there's gotta be one.

Anyone been there? Need the lowdown. 🙂
Yeah, I saw Dr. Mazelin before. Honestly, she’s great. You actually just reminded me—I need to hit her up about that 3D imaging stuff. 👍

restlessowl91 said:I saw her over at Dr. Miller’s office—honestly, she’s an incredible woman. You actually reminded me that I really ought to check in with her about those 3D scans... 👍
Thanks 🙂

at the University Health Center? Word on the street is she’s the only one still seeing patients there, so I’m wondering—what kind of doctor is she actually? 👍 or 👎
thanks!
Is she filling in for Tarlea now? Good grief, those doctors on the fourth floor seem to swap out constantly, don't they? 🙄

Honestly, this is a nightmare. 😢 I’ve been fighting this for over a year now... My gynecologist prescribed both wipes and creams, and I stick strictly to specialized intimate washes during my showers, yet it STILL won't go away!!!!!!!
It’s interfering with my sex life because everything feels excessively slippery, and it bothers my partner too—he says he can't "feel" me the way he used to. 😢
Every once in a while, things seem to settle down for a few days, and then one single encounter brings all the symptoms right back...
It's exhausting. This is genuinely draining the life out of me... I just want to have normal sex again.

Exactly. And seriously, go see a gynecologist. They’ll probably give you one more single-dose pill for internal treatment too. I remember when I was dealing with an antibiotic mess, it cleared right up the second I started using Canesten.👍
