Chris Morales7 said:I just had my appointment with Dr. Reljanović, and all I can say is a massive THANK YOU! 🙂 ... I have honestly never looked better. I’m actually heading to see Dr. Carter next, so I'm curious to see how things go there—I'm looking to get back in shape after giving birth three months ago.

Why aren't you going to Dr. Reljanović anymore? What was the experience like? How many times a week did you go, what was the cost, and what kind of meal plan did she give you? Where is her office located?

I went to see her over in San Jose. She’s operating totally illegally, and while she's at it, she hands patients half a pill every three hours like it's no big deal. She never once explained what the pills were or what they were for; we all just swallowed them like idiots. When my friend, who's a registered nurse, saw them at my house, she immediately told me to stop—it turns out the pills were Helexi, which are used for severe psychiatric patients. They just completely numb you out (you won't even feel hungry, right?), make you sleepy constantly, and they're highly addictive. I tried to file a complaint with the American Medical Association, but they just brushed me off. Basically, she hands out those meds from her own "private pharmacy"—which is really just a desk drawer—and she stocks up by stealing supplies from the San Jose Community Health Center where she works as a doctor.

Yeah, and regarding the diet, it consisted of maybe 200 grams of vegetables every single day. That's like two small tomatoes a DAY. And sure, I lost weight. But my skin turned paper-dry and I got sick. I hear she’s added 100 grams of meat to the plan now. WOW. A whopping 200 calories a day. Does anyone realize the consequences of that???? Honestly, if I could, I would sue her. You can only get in through a "referral," and she spends half the time on the phone asking, "Who referred you?" or "How did you even hear about me?" blah blah blah. Why? Because she's running an underground, illegal operation, like some shady back-alley procedure. She honestly makes me sick!

Everything just comes rushing back once you stop, and you know why? Because after months of starving yourself, you finally start eating again. Your body doesn't realize what's happening—it just goes into survival mode, building up fat reserves because it thinks you were in a life-threatening situation and needs to stockpile energy. People are being way too naive if they believe it's "your fault" for gaining weight back. It’s not a personal failure; it's a direct consequence of her "method." Please, don't do this to yourselves!

P.s.
Car has a legitimate medical practice and can provide you with an actual receipt if you ask. That woman mentioned above doesn't have any credentials at all!

I'm actually heading over to see Dr. Huber right now... they don't really push pills unless you specifically ask for them, and even then, it's just herbal stuff on prescription. I didn't personally need anything, so I skipped the meds entirely—not sure which ones people are talking about. As for the diet, it’s mostly meat and veggies, though I started doing a fast on Mondays, so there isn't a strict limit on how much food you can have. I don't know if they follow all the regulations to a T, but honestly, it's been great. It really helps, and the acupuncture works wonders for me too...
That's just my take on it.

The real issue is that she’s straight-up deceiving patients by calling these things "pills." She literally uses the word "pills," claiming they're just herbal. That’s exactly what I thought too, until my friend saw them and absolutely lost it. I ended up taking them down to a local pharmacy to get a second opinion, and the pharmacist told me they actually maintain a registry of people using these "herbal pills" you're talking about, because legally, they have to track anyone using these types of narcotics. If a crime happens, the police go straight to that registry to see who's using them and identify potential suspects. So, there's your answer. And honestly, you’re clearly either a relative of Huber or Huber herself, since you're out here doing PR for the EPP. Not to mention all the tax, health, and safety regulations she's blatantly breaking. I'm actually terrified I might have picked up hepatitis from her without even knowing it. Look, girl, if you want to keep taking those "herbal" pills and eating 200 grams of vegetables while you wreck your body, go ahead. But do me a favor: message me six months after you stop seeing her, okay? Let's see how much weight you've lost and what kind of health disasters you're dealing with by then. Deal?

How can you even tell if someone is practicing without a license? Look, I’ll give you some perspective here. Have you actually seen a medical sign posted on her door or any official notice stating it's a legitimate clinic? Have you ever even been handed an official bill? Does she even have a registered practice on file? It feels like we're all just operating in the dark here, don't you think? 🙂

Let's all just take a deep breath and cool things down a bit!

It's true that Dr. Huber suggests taking calming tablets if someone is struggling to manage without eating,
but she definitely isn't handing them out like candy from her desk drawer!
Plus, you can't just grab medication from the Sesvete Community Health Center on a whim—they don't just hand those out there anyway, so getting them isn't that simple. 😉

As for the diet, she recommends cutting out carbs entirely and eating unlimited meat and low-carb veggies, with one day a week dedicated strictly to vegetables.

While I think her meal plan leaves a lot to be desired, it's really not as bad as you're making it out to be.

You can pick those pills up at any pharmacy or just get a prescription from your doctor without any hassle. If you’d actually read what I wrote, you'd see I mentioned I don't use them because I don't need them. Some people do, though. Don't just pull them out of your cabinet like they're candy for a toddler; just call your doctor and ask for a script. As for diet, follow what jadesailor14 suggested. And honestly? Even if she's clearly holding a grudge against you, there are probably at least a hundred other people who don't mind.

Look, she’s a doctor, which means she has the authority to write whatever prescriptions she wants and pick them up legally at any local pharmacy. What she’s actually doing here isn't just illegal and ethically bankrupt—it's genuinely dangerous for people's health. It honestly bothers me that you guys are out here promoting her without taking any personal responsibility for what you're doing. I didn't make this story up; anyone thinking about going to her needs to look closely at the facts I've laid out and draw their own conclusions. I'm done with this discussion. There's enough common sense going around. Take care!

Yeah, the rate per visit is usually $17. Are they still coming by every other day? If we're looking at 50 sessions over 15 days, how does that math work out again? That’s $750 per person. Then you multiply that by the number of beds and the half-hour increments. We're talking about roughly $30,000 net per month—is that figure too low, or did I miss something? 🙂 Honestly, she’s doing this for your own good 🙂🙂

Yeah, the price is $17 but you can just drop in whenever you feel like it.. I head over there every couple of weeks and end up spending about $33 a month.. then you’ve got those people who practically live there and show up twice a week.. but hey, let's not go there..
Everyone’s entitled to their own take, I guess...😉

It’s probably going to be super effective if you show up twice a month 🤣🤣🤣

I mean, it works for some people... everyone goes whenever they feel they need to. If you were going 30 times a month, well, that’s on you. And look, I don't really want to go back and forth on this anymore... you have your take and your own experience, I have mine, and that's that.

Since I got married, it's a bit of a drive because he's located near Vatican City. Aside from that, he offers muscle electrostimulation so it feels like you're working out, and there is a dietary regimen, obviously, though it isn't quite as extreme. In the beginning, you go every other day, just like anywhere else. As for the price, I honestly don't recall...

I’ve started seeing Dr. Željka Čulin over in San Francisco. She uses this mix of magnetic therapy and acupuncture. I’m still pretty new to the whole thing, but I already know people who have seen some seriously impressive results from her methods.

What's the food situation like near Vatican City?

Anyway, I’m starting with Car in March—just mentally prepping myself right now 😁 I really feel like he provides the highest quality care and actually prioritizes patient health above everything else. It’s totally legit, a fully registered practice, you get a receipt if you want one, and he’s definitely the most affordable option in town. You pay once for the initial visit $12, and once you drop the weight, all those follow-up checkups are FREE. He genuinely cares about helping you maintain the results!

I’ve actually tried his program before, but I just didn't have that mental "click." Honestly, you have to commit a ton of time to it (shopping and cooking every other day), which was my biggest struggle back then. Now that I'm clearing some things off my plate, I'll dive back in when I can. But my overall experience with him was great. If I had to name one major red flag, it would be those old ladies who hang out there; for anyone planning to start, here is my advice: NEVER engage them in conversation. DO NOT get sucked into stupid debates about food, because then you'll start overthinking it, and once you get home, you'll end up bingeing or cheating on the diet. Just ignore them like they don't even exist.

I know it sounds like silly advice, but once you start, you'll realize why staying in your own bubble is so important. And don't even tell your friends about it. Just do it. Talking about it just triggers cravings, making it way more likely that you'll mess up.

I am truly delighted to share this wonderful news with everyone here today. kaže:
A certain acquaintance is currently undergoing treatment at the Mayo Clinic and is weighing in at approximately 242 pounds. Some guy actually suggested that his daily meal plan consists of just a quarter of a pastry for breakfast, three servings of chili beans for lunch, and a single banana for dinner.I was absolutely stunned when he told me that.

Oh my goodness, I am just absolutely thrilled! This is such wonderful news!👎 👎 🙂🙂🙂

What part are you finding hard to believe?
Do you think everyone else is doing better?
The Emperor is just bullying you mentally, yelling if you don't hit those impossible goals he's set in his head—like living on nothing but air and water! So many people have posted about that kind of pressure on the forums.
I remember seeing an article about someone at that clinic over in downtown San Francisco (my brain is a bit foggy today, I can't even recall the street name 😁 ) where they were basically being told to eat 20 ounces of plain cauliflower a day. That's what the news report said, anyway!
With Huber, at least you can actually enjoy some roasted chicken, steamed veggies, or a nice salad. 🙂
I haven't had any personal experience there to share, but who knows! 😬

And of course, most diets fail because once people drop the weight and hit their goal, they go absolutely wild on food like they haven't eaten in years!
The real trick is changing your actual eating habits, and knowing when to stop before you overdo it.
That’s really all there is to it, though sadly, it seems out of reach for a lot of people.
I totally agree! 😁

So, here’s my take on what happened with Smith and Huber.

Back when I saw Smith about five years ago, I was mostly sipping on this tea—honestly, it was fantastic for digestion and acting as a diuretic—and sticking to fruit in the mornings, lunch mid-day, and then meat or fish with veggies for dinner. Basically, kept the glycemic index pretty low.
I managed to drop 4 pounds in 40 days... but then I lost my job two months later, so obviously, I stopped going.

Then there was Huber last year. I went for two months and lost 10 pounds. Of course, I gained 7 of them back within two months.
I was heading in about six times a month for $17. I wasn't starving; I was eating meat, cheese, vegetables, salads, just a little fruit...
Since it was vacation season, she actually suggested I try a single pill of Prozac—which isn't addictive, mind you—just to help me get through those two weeks without the need for acupuncture. And honestly? It really helped. Now, I suspect there might be some "off-the-books" stuff going on, but look, nobody is forcing you to walk through those doors.
The food portions aren't strictly regulated, and you don't *have* to take the pills if you don't want to. She didn't even give them to me directly; she just told me to go talk to my primary care physician. When I explained the situation to my doctor, she gave me exactly one box to cover that period.
I’m not crazy enough to sit there popping those things for months on end...
I did like the doctor, though. She had stories about people losing 90 pounds in a single year and whatnot.
Of course, plenty of people end up right back where they started once the weight creeps back on. She admitted herself that it's impossible to eat nothing but meat and vegetables for the rest of your life. But when those first couple of pounds come back, going back for a session of acupuncture can help stimulate things and maybe dull the appetite a bit.
I have no strong feelings either way on acupuncture.
These days, I’m just hitting the gym in the zone, and I’m happy with it.
Good luck to everyone.👍
